Awesome

Concierge service and front desk are kind and helpful which can handle almost all kinds of requests. The housekeeping cleaners are not available afternoon, so be sure to request the service during morning.

What a stay......

When we checked in the key the desk clerk provided us to a room that was not cleaned. Then we were given another room only to find out that when you sat on the toilet your knees hit the wall in front of you, and you basically had to step around/over the toilet to get into the shower. We complained to desk clerk and were told it is what it is, and I insisted that the hotel needs to clean the dirty room and re-assogn that room to us. Also, when we got the re-assigned room, we discovered there is no drain plug in the bathroom sink, so I had to plug the drain with a few tissues, to prevent my contact lenses from being lost down the drain when I cleaned them daily. The hotel DOES NOT provide tissues in their rooms, so we had to purchase tissues at Walgreens. The hotel DOES NOT provide wash cloths so we had to purchase a shower scrunche so we could lather up in the shower. We came into the room agter our day out only to discover there were NO replacement bath or hand towels. Again, I had to go to the desk clerck to get towels. The bed in the hotel was OK to sleep in. The hotel is located near the Union Square Plaza and that was convienent. Would I stay again at this hotel in the future. NO.....

Tough week to stay as it was Dreamforce and rooms were expensive but I wouldn't stay again. Very old, stale smelling, nothing luxury about it including the sheets, towels, pillows or comforter. But, did the job if you need something in a pinch.

For the location, the price was OK, but it's a bare bones place. Room was clean, and the bed and shower were decent, but they don't even have coffee.

If you want an okay stay for a fair price at this location, it is a good choice. Don’t expect luxury, the bed was very comfortable tho. We came from Vegas and with a temperature difference of 20 degree celcius it felt very cold in the room. The staff was nice expect the young woman that work there on weekends. Was not helpful nor interested at all. All in all we recommend it when you look for a budget friendly option and not look for luxury

No on place to eat . Room cold .No personal thermostat in order to heat my room. The whole building needed to be heated . Which they did with reservation. The day I arrived it was in the low 50"s and rainy no sunshine. room was on the cool side.

Lo unico bueno es la ubicación... el hotel huele horrible desde que entras, la limpieza terrible, estuvimos 5 noches y solo hicieron las camas, ni papel daban, tuve que bajar a recepción a que nos dieran mas, no limpiaban el baño ni el tocador ni nada. Necesitan un buen mantenimiento al hotel en general, la alfombra que tienen desprende un olor horrible y también tienen que verificar a quienes dejan entrar, pues nos toco un homeless en el elevador con todas sus "cosas" en el suelo. Y algo adicional, hay mucho ruido tanto adentro del hotel como del exterior, dificil conciliar el sueño
