The management (nighttime especially) were so accommodating and responsive. They really went out of their way to make sure you had what you needed and any questions you have are answered. No bugs at all. Rooms are a little out dated but still well worth the money. Balcony is in every room. Smart TVs so stream instead of watch cable with commercials. Hot breakfast every single morning. Let’s see the hotel itself could use some renovations. The elevator had a funny old smell, trash was piled up soon as I got off the elevator, my room had a funny smell, shower wasn’t clean, could definitely use a paint job and fix the peeling wallpaper and or paint, exposed wires from the tv, blow dryer was hanging off and the fridge was outdated. Overall it was an experience. Only plus staff was nice and bed was ok. You get what you pay for.

I stayed at this hotel for #3 nights. The location is great, easy access to 285, the staff was friendly and the room was pretty big, clean, and has a balcony and workstation. The hotel is dated, and needs a little TLC (renovation) however, but for the price, I was satisfied.
