My family loves this hotel! The rooms are beautiful and luxurious. The staff is amazing—everyone is so cheerful, friendly, and helpful, it really feels like they value and appreciate you as a guest. Great hotel for relaxing. The pool area is incredible as well, peaceful and soothing with nice views and plenty of places to hang out. Love the restaurants, too—they have options for everyone! (My husband and I are vegan and were able to eat very well with delicious food at the Sports Bar and the Willows Steakhouse!) The casino is fun and bustling. The hotel is very convenient to visit the charming areas of Solvang and Los Olivos, go wine tasting, or stop by the Santa Ines Mission. We’ve stayed here twice now and had a wonderful experience both times.
