There was a twenty-minute check-in although my reservation was previously paid up via Hotels app
The reception for electronic devices in the hotel is horrible
For a one-night stay I was charged an additional fee that was a little less than the room fee for ‘incidentals’ at check in
I was also told I needed to pay an additional fee for parking which was totally unnecessary but I was not assessed the fee after explaining that I shouldn’t be paying further fees
I asked if the hotel had aspirin and one employee told me “no” although the hotel sells aspirin
I could hear the guest or housekeepers above me making noise from 5pm-until I fell asleep from pure exhaustion
The guy working the kitchen this morning dug into his ear, did not wipe his hand and then touched bowls and put them out for the guests (this should be on video)
