Short stay one night ,but front desk was very friendly and accommodating got in late no problem checking in Next AM new person at the front desk again very friendly and she let me extend my stay to 12 ,which help out with my busy day. We were told the hotel was pet friendly, but was never notified of the charge per day prior to check in. I had rented two rooms. One room had no shower curtain. The second room had a very noisy heating unit that needed to be turned off in the middle of the night due to excessive noise.

Terrible customer service

As a company we use Hampton Inn/ Hilton often book over 100 overnight stays a year for our drivers' . He had his expired picture ID and his valid temp license and was refused his room. After spending hours on the phone asking for a customer courtesy ( there was a blizzard occurring during all of this) , my driver was still denied his room

We were shocked by a $250 deposit when we arrived. The first front desk person could not help us move rooms. When we went to the lobby later, Lajla immediately changed our room from an accessible room to one where we could hang up our clothing (the previous room only allowed 3 ft. max length and we had floor-length gowns). On the good side - the beds were fabulous.

My family and I stayed here over the Christmas Holiday. It is conveniently located just off the highway and next to downtown Manchester. The rooms were extremely clean and well organized. The Technology in the rooms were on point and easy to use. I loved that I could watch my own Netflix. Every part of the hotel I saw was extremely clean. The front lobby and breakfast area were very inviting and comfortable. I highly recommend the breakfast spread, had a ton of options. Shout out to the kitchen workers who kept us fed. Even over the holidays, the hotel seemed very busy and very diverse with travelers from all over the world. My family and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to the Manchester area.

Loved how modern everything was. We loved that they lock the doors downstairs after 9pm, makes you feel safe!! The only thing we didnt like is our heating unit did make noise when it turned on and it was quite loud. Everything else was very nice and clean.

Clean and bright. Updated decor. The tv remote was dead but was easily replaced at the front desk. The bathtub barely drained. Plumber needed. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent.
