You could tell the room was well used but was a place to sleep for the night. The biggest thing for me was Earwig bugs, now its around water so I wasn't sure if I was being to unfair but still icks me out 3 of them and not sure I'f there was more we slept with lights on as there more nocturnal 😅

I wouldn’t advise anyone to believe the reviews totality old or made up The toilet was filthy, I wiped up melted ice from my cooler and the towel was actually black with mold or dirt couldn’t tell We went right out to eat and decided we were not staying there Told the staff and was told the manager would call me when he got on duty he did not and charged me for the whole day even though we were not there 2 hours.I have stayed in this chain of hotels before never had an issue

Very Dirty - Rooms, hallways and stair cases were visibly dirty. Swimming pool very dirty, did not let my kids go in it as it was safety hazard. They cried a lot. Lack of communication. There is no elevator. Worst experience. Stay away from this hotel. I will never book a choice hotels anymore.

We arrived and checked in with a friendly staff member. Went up to our room (King bed) and it was not cleaned, dirty towels all over the bathroom and bed was slept in. Returned to the front desk, staff was apologetic. She afforded to have the room cleaned, change rooms or a refund. We choose a different room but had to go with 2 double beds. That room was okay but the floor was dirty, in bad need of mopping. The whole hotel looks like it could use some updating. Our biggest compliant is the inconsiderate guests, wanting to have loud conversations with rooms across from each other. The hallways are all tile, so the sound carries all the way up and down the hallways.

It's decent for the price point but there are certain things that are not acceptable for any price point. There was a weird smell as soon as you entered the room. I had to use my own air freshener everything we entered. No dust bin in the room, only 1 in the washroom. Overall neglecting such minor things makes the difference between an excellent and an 'Okay' experience.
