The room wasn’t cleaned properly there was urine on the toilet base there was still mounds on cleaning product I assume in the toilet bowl. There were hairs every where kids stickers stuck to the mirror it was a horrible stay

There were no amenties in the room. Not even a coffee maker. Small sign that i saw in the morning that said you needed to get it from the front desk. Too late. The remote didnt work and had extreme difficult in switching the tub to shower. Only got it half way. Clean but very shabby. Obvious that NO MONEY is going back to structural upkeep. One luggage handler i saw was broken.

Zimmer war okay und erkennbar auf längere Aufenthalte ausgerichtet durch Küche (keine Einrichtun wie Geschirr etc) Sauberkeit akzeptabel im Zimmer, aber ansonsten wenig gepflegt und nicht einladend und abgewohnt. Personal am Checkin sehr freundlich. Zimmer wurde aber bei 2Nächten nicht gemacht. Parkplätze vorhanden. Frühstück gab es dann doch nicht.

110% do not book here. Front desk lady was nice but the whole place is horribly maintained and smells like smoke. When you first walk into the door down a little bit from the front desk, the wall fan is broken, taken apart and super dirty. Not a great first impression. The receptionist told me multiple times it’s a no smoking room even though the whole place smelled like weed, even by the front desk. Walking down the hall and into the room itself smelled like weed and cigarettes. Then the room itself looked like a rundown motel… windows were broken, latches sitting on top of the windowsill, it was cold because the windows were broken and couldn’t close all the way. (It was snowing outside) I inspected the mattress for bugs and found 3 of them. There was trash on the floor under the tables and hair on the sheets. Absolutely disgusting. Then as we were deciding our next move, what sounded like a rat or a small animal was crawling in the ceiling. We immediately packed our things back into the car and asked for a refund. We were told the manager would call us the next day. They didn’t- I called and they did agree to refund but I haven’t seen it yet. After going to the hotel right next door, they let us know it is a very well known place where quality is below poor. Don’t stay here unless you’re ok with dirtiness and bugs.
