Check in/out was smooth and quick. We were given 2 bottles of water upon check in which was very much appreciated. The room was well appointed, clean, comfortable and quiet. The hotel was completely booked but it never felt crowded. Good options for Continental breakfast. Good coffee! Nice to see and utilize a water dispenser for my travel water mug. This hotel is what gives Hampton Inn a great reputation and why I always look for one when I travel.

I would definitely stay at this hotel again. The overall appearance was clean and modern. The room was a good size with nice amenities and plenty of towels. I especially liked that they had a nightlight in the bathroom and a perfect table at the side of the comfy chair for eating, working on etc. with a refrigerator in room and ice was right down the hall. Water bottle filling station in the lobby was another plus. Breakfast was quite complete with lots to choose from.

Great location for those going to Seven Springs. Me and my family have stayed here many times and the staff has always been professional, outgoing, and kind. Coffee/hot chocolate bar, freshly baked cookies, and the continental breakfast is incredibly convenient and tasty. Hotel is also pet friendly. Great staff and great place to stay.
