Room was comfortable. Not having a refrigerator or microwave made it difficult to keep leftovers, but it wasn't that big of a hassle. The location of the hotel was outstanding! We were within walking distance of literally everything. The staff at the hotel were really great. We enjoyed our stay here. It is an older hotel, but you just can't top the location.

The Dauphine made my Nola experience all the more authentic. I loved the historical room that I got to stay in. And the staff was so lovely every day! They were extremely patient with me when I had some issues with my original card. It was amazing to walk a block and be on Bourbon street, to grab food or a drink. The live music and amazing eats is why I kept going back over and over, no matter how tired I was. Thank you so much! I can't wait to come back!

Stayed there for the weekend! The staff were lovely and so nice. The hotel otherwise, needs a serious upgrade. TV's were legit from 2001. Desk with no chair. Toilet looked like it belong in a gas station bathroom. Stains in carpet, on chairs. Smelled like a dorm room. Would I stay there again for the price/location? Possibly.

I am not sure you could be in a better spot to see as much of the city as you can from here. The hotel is rich in history, the location is incredible. If you are a traveler that wants the luxurious hotel, this is not it, but what it gives you is a clean room, superb staff and a safe place to recharge. My daughter and i loved it from the moment we walked in. We had never been to the city and were there to see Phantom of the Opera. The hotels location was close enough to walk and do everything, but off the path enough to not get caught up in the noise that can come with it.

I enjoyed my stay at the Dauphine Orleans Hotel immensely. The location is in the quarter but not in the center of noise and activity. It was an easy walk to all of my destinations.... Hotel Monteleone, Cafe du Monde, Canal Street, ACME Oyster House. The staff was friendly and professional and eager to help with any request.

Staff was great. The room...not so much. Multiple areas of mold on the ceiling, windows are single pane and you hear EVERYTHING from outside (even being on the third floor), mold all over the bathroom, musty.

The lighting is room is a little too dark, also had to request for a new iron because the old one didn't work. No microwave in room; however, you can go to the bar which is located right next door. Great and friendly staff that are very helpful. Rooms are just a little out dated but overall the location was great!

The check in staff(male) was very rude upon our arrival. We arrived very early in the morning and he asked me why I didn’t use my key to get in(front door was locked and he wasn’t at the desk), asked why I was there so early(had already booked the room for the night prior and the 2 nights to follow and I already checked with staff about arriving for check in at the time I was going to arrive), handed me a paper to sign and as I was reading it he asked if I even knew what I was signing. He rudely told me I would have to sit outside and wait for someone to get my car for valet, reluctantly brought us a luggage cart after watching us struggle. Upon getting to the room the heat wasn’t working. We reported this to the staff multiple times before they finally sent someone who was unable to fix it. The next day we asked about heat again as our window had frost on it and they had no solution. I had to ask twice to be moved to a room with heat for the final night of our stay. The valet staff was rude, asking us what we wanted when presenting our ticket to get the car out. At one point they lost our car keys. I’ve stayed in several area hotels and this was by far the worst experience and I normally don’t complain.

Staff was super friendly and helpful. We received two free drink tickets for May Bailys. This was my first time using valet parking and it was so convenient. I appreciate having my car in a safe lot onsite. There is also a very cute courtyard with a pool that looks inviting. For being one block off of Bourbon Street it was calm and quiet. Everything was in walking distance including public transportation. The room was worn but I was content. The mattress we had was completely memory foam, mixed feelings there. My only real complaint was the pillows. They were very hard and flat. Overall I loved the Dauphine and have already recommended to people.
