Room was clean and comfortable. Bed was comfortable, pillows fluffy, all appliances in good working order and the bathroom was spotless. The only problem is the WiFi is very spotty. If you are traveling on business, you will need another internet option.

Parking was fine. But your customer service is horrible. My mom tired for four days to speak to someone about the refund for pet deposit. My brother who had a sad did not come. She called and spoke to so many useless people. Then they gave her a corporate number which went to an entirely different hotel chain. She had to drive back to Cabot Ark from Texas to resolve issue. No one seemed to know how to tell her the refund was refunded to card. And the number online does not get u to the hotel in Cabot. I can time she called a different person answered and the phone line kept disconnecting. What a total F up. Will never use the this hotel again anywhere and will make sure everyone I know knows this. And I will put out reviews wherever I can. So unhappy. But finally went to hotel in Cabot after drive from Texas like I said and it was refunded and card and it better show up as refunded. She reserved room for me and my brother for my grandmas funeral. Such poor service. Room was ok and clean.

If your brave enough...

This might be the worst hotel that I've ever stayed in in my entire life. And I've stayed in a lot of hotels that were not great but this by far exceeds them all. For starters there was no hot water, so Even if I wanted to take a shower or a bath, I couldn't because there was no hot water. There were roaches crawling all over the floor, and my ice bucket had a dead spider in it. The bedspread had white stains and holes in it and was not clean at all. The floor was filthy and the TV didn't work until it stormed and then the picture cleared up. There was no smoke detector in this room it had been removed from the wall there were several holes in the grout in the bathtub... The air conditioner was coming away from the wall and had been deteriorating from the wall where it was being held, which look like possibly mold and water damage to it. I literally was afraid to go to sleep. In addition to that when I first got there and checked in I was given a different room and when I walked into that room the bed looked like it had been slept in sheets and comforter pulled back. The front desk immediately called me on that phone and asked me how the room wasn't when I told him that it looked like somebody was staying in it he then immediately brought me a key for a different room which is the one I stayed in however I probably would have been better off with the first room it didn't look as tore up and uncleanly than the second room was.

Front desk guy was very polite and friendly. Housekeeping was definitely on top of keeping all the rooms taken care of from what i could tell. Our rooms were nice and clean and it was quiet and peaceful. Walking distance to anything you may need.for the price you cant beat it...
