Dans l’ensemble grand appartement literie très agréable, très simple d’accès bonne localisation Cependant vitres très sales qui ne doivent pas être nettoyé récemment, taches au sol, taches sur le canapé derrière les coussins, joint de salle de bain mort, porte serviettes à moitié enlevé mais encore utilisable, un peu déçu sur la qualité au niveau du nettoyage.

Clean, comfortable, with a few cons

Overall, a good value and a stellar location nearby restaurants and other amenities. Clean, comfortable, and everything you need. Two cons: it got quite noisy at night (nearby bars/ restaurants going late into the night), and there was no internet. I did mention internet to the owners, who replied that the building had had issues. For someone who needed internet to navigate nearby places, this was a real letdown. But overall, for the price, you can't go wrong. Be aware that you'll have to access a lockbox to get in and there is no one to help you, which can be a bit confusing.

La posizione è perfetta, in un quartiere sempre vivo e allegro. L’appartamento sarebbe stato perfetto se non fosse che le immagini pubblicizzate non corrispondano alle reali condizioni. Ho scritto subito chiedendo assistenza e mentre il team di Expedia, che ringrazio, si è subito attivato, il proprietario della struttura e’ stato inesistente come anche il numero per le necessità. Trovo veramente scorretto non solo le immagini non vere ma anche l totale assenza di assistenza in loco, se necessario.

Las indicaciones para llegar y entrar al apartamento son perfectas. Son muy amables y nos ayudaron a reservar un taxi a las 3am desde el aeropuerto. La habitación tiene todo lo necesario para pasar unos días: cocina, aire acondicionado, amenities... Si sales del apartamento hacia la derecha tienes una zona muy animada con bares y restaurantes. Hacia la izquierda, es una zona con fruterías, kebabs y comercios. Está sucia, pero así es Atenas. A mí me encanta, pero hay que avisar.

Great property in the heart of Athens. Only minutes away from local tourist spots and restaurants. Nice amount of space in the flat, although it could use a bit more up keep for the peeling paint on the walls in the bathroom and in certain spots but overall a nice spacious area with a decently medium balcony. Acropolis view - is non existent. The “balcony chill” apartment with Acropolis view is obstructed by another adjacent building. So there is no view of the actual Acropolis. It would do renters a favour by removing that feature from the ad. Area is somewhat sketchy, but we didn’t have any trouble. There was a vehicle parked on the street that had it’s back window smashed and windshield broken in multiple places on our second to last day there. Although, it didn’t affect us - it was a sore sight to behold and disheartening for the owner as that vehicle had been in perfect shape on our first day in Athens. Anyhow - overall a 3.5 - 4 star flat. With a couple fixes could be a 4 - 4.5 star.

I’ll start off with the good. It is in an amazing location! It is within walking distance of the main attractions and the main train station (Monastiraki). It is relatively easy to find. Now the bad. To begin with, they left the window to the bathroom wide open for the mosquitos to get in, we were trying to kill every one of them throughout the night. The shower head pressure was okay, but half of the water was coming out of the other end towards the handle. Now, these things are minor. The issues that really broke the camels back was the fact that this is more of a hostel than a ‘loft’ or an air B&B, there is no one to contact when there are questions, and there was no one that made us aware of the fact that there was no one to contact if there were questions so we were just left to our own demises, especially in cases of emergencies. The A/C remote didn’t work (or we didn’t know how to use, which we messaged about but no one got back to us to help us use it). We’re from Canada, we don’t use A/Cs. So we were sitting in a room that is over 25 degrees. Now, you can argue that ‘we could have opened the window to let the breeze in’. That isn’t the end of it. This ‘loft’ sits on top of a karaoke bar or a club. Do with that information as you will. Loud. Really loud. Shaking loud. No one slept. No one got rest. I understand this is business, and they don’t care because they’ll never have to deal with us again. But in Canada, kindness costs nothing.

L’appartement est très bien situé néanmoins la salle de bain est délabrée, une douche sans grille d’écoulement et l’autre grille situé au niveau des toilette n’est pas fixé. De plus, nous n’avons pas eu accès au wifi durant le séjour.

The room is spacious with The water heater turn off by itself after power on, end up not enough hot water for a shower. Over 12 mosquitos were found on the first night, spent a long time eliminating most of them.

Very nice property. Enjoyed our stay. Great location . Only issue was in description it said there was a balcony or patio. That was not the case. Not a deal breaker but we were definitely looking forward to the balcony. Would definitely stay here again though!

There were many great restaurants to walk to within a couple minutes of the apartment. Lots of Live Music at night. A grocery store was only a 6 minute walk and a convenient store was only a 2 minute walk. Only 20 minutes to walk to the Acropolis or the Syntagma square. We used the toaster oven to reheat our leftovers and loved making toasted sandwiches with the panini press! Efcharisto, Thank you!
