I stayed here in early July 2025 and had one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever encountered. At around 2:30 AM, I felt something crawling on my neck. I turned on the light and found a live bedbug. After thoroughly inspecting the bed, I discovered another one crawling near the pillow. I documented everything in photos and video.
I immediately packed all my belongings and notified the front desk. The night staff provided bags and detergent but told me I would need to speak to the manager in the morning. When I did, I was assured I would hear back from ownership, but I never received a formal incident report or follow-up about covering the additional costs I incurred to clean all my clothes and treat my belongings.
While my room charge was eventually refunded, I was left to deal with the stress, hassle, and extra expenses on my own. It is unacceptable to encounter bedbugs in any hotel room, and I would strongly recommend other travelers reconsider staying here.
