The room smelled like pee. We cleaned our own room. The shower curtains and refrigerator had mold on it. Couldn’t even put drinks in refrigerator. Just was so uncomfortable the whole time. Why should someone have to say something about the room? It’s suppose to be clean before someone checks into it. NEVER AGAIN

The staff was the only positive thing about our experience. Filthy room. The door did not work properly. The a/c either kept the room at arctic temperature or tropical jungle, and when it was off the room dripped with condensation. We witnessed a police call to one room while we were there and were awakened at 4 am by a drunken pool party. A full bottle of vodka, cranberry juice, and a room key were left outside the door to the kids’ room. We stayed one night. Good luck.

The staff were AMAZING!! Definitely a highlight. However, the room smelled like marijuana and as if it was damp.. the sheets also had a wet spot and stain so I am not super sure if they were changed. We put our blankets over it rather than make a fuss. Either way, staff was top tier and super friendly!

This was a very safe and comfortable stay. All the staff were friendly and helpful to us. We were here for the Jeepin On The Coast event. It was very easy to go to the event from this hotel. There were several places to eat very close to the hotel. Some were just across the street. We would stay here again.

I've had a lot of bad motel experiences in my life mostly due to living in a few of them during my life. BUT THIS PLACE!!! DONT DO IT!!! I never even saw the room. I didn't get past the rudeness of the owner. When I walked in there was no welcoming smile at the desk. There was a man who took a phone call before even speaking with me. Then as I proceeded to explain that I was unaware of the EXTRA $50 deposit due to ordering on hotel.com and their lack of clarity to EXTRA FEES he wouldn't let me speak kept talking over me and at one point completely looked past me to someone behind me and tried to check them out. After the shocking disrespect from a business owner I called him rude, lost my money to a business that doesn't deserve to even be in the customer service business, and had to find ANOTHER PLACE to stay. MOTEL 6 IN BILOXI WAS AMAZING. I called them with my issue and was given a discounted room which after reading all the reviews on SUPER 8 GULFPORT I should have cancelled before the refund time was up. Because that man running the front is horrible. I will never use hotels.com again because it was not an easy and painless. You get 5% off maybe BUT IT'S NOT WORTH IT PLEASE READ AAALLL THE REVIEWS.

Nice price for a place to sleep

It close to the airport plane's flew over my room the whole weekend it was so noisy. None of the plugs have USB or C chargers they need a major upgrade. I couldn’t watch TV because the Wi-Fi Porter login couldn’t be removed.

The security latch that is usually above the door latch was missing. Front desk said they knew and were one, there was recent sheet rock repair by the bathroom door that had not been painted over yet. The diverter valve in the bathtub spigot was jammed in the shower position so a tub bath was out of the question. The tub drain was at least half stopped up so by the time you finished with the shower you were standing in almost two inches of dirty water.

Worst hotel stay ever

When we arrived at the hotel we checked into our room, the room was nasty. There were dirty towels left hanging in the bathroom. There was yellow stains on the sheets and a used bar of soap on the sink. My husband went to the front desk to get another room and the lady said after 10 minutes of checking in she can't do nothing about it. So when i came down i told the lady at the desk that she either better give us another room or give me my money back. So she gave us another room, it was a lil better but not much cause it smelled horrible. We went to the car and got air freshener to spray the room and my grandma house and got some cover for the beds
