The front desk was courteous, helpful & friendly. I requested a handicap room but yes, it had bathroom safety bars but that room was<3. The shower head come thru an open hole in the wall, the toilet seat was left up(did someone use it after cleaning,) there was no drinking water in our room, the sink was tiny & the pipes exposed by a coverup gone bad. The lobby was nice but no beverages provided, not even water! We will never stay again

The room carpet needs better vacuuming, there were a lot of lady bugs up against the walls. There was no room clean up, which I don’t understand why that is industry standard nowadays to have to specifically request for room service. People pay more for less service. The gym was serviceable, but pretty dirty as well. There was still a $10 fee for breakfast. This place was okay, there are at least a good amount of restaurants in the same shopping complex as the hotel. They have free bottled water, warm cookies and coffee in the mornings.
