Checked in and given a room where someone already occupied. Given 2nd room where do not disturb sign on. Told no more rooms and would refund money. Then front desk found a room unoccupied. When entering the room…smelled moldy. Terrible stains on the floor, and bathroom was moldy. In the bathroom, flirting was soaking wet and covered with many wet dirty towels so could not even enter or use bathroom. Had reservations direct through Wyndham for multiple days, and canceled, and left after the one night. Worst hotel ever. Should be condemned and demolished. I would like a full refund. Thank you.

First room I got the toilet did not flush properly, the a/c would not cool leaving the room at 78, and the fridge did not work. The second room floor was dirty left the bottom of our feet black, light in the bathroom was literally a wire with a bulb hanging from the ceiling as if the room was not finished being renovated. The light by the bed was hanging from wall and missing lamp shade and the door would not close without a considerable amount of effort. Property is definitely dated which wouldn’t be a big deal but it’s also poorly maintained. Kind of falling apart. Staff was kind and helpful and promptly switched rooms for us when notified. Location is great! Like many ppl said in other reviews I thought that for the price and location that it would be ok if the rooms were dated and the had minimal upgrades but I was wrong. The condition of this hotel is really unacceptable. Maybe the rooms I had weren’t the best they had but they definitely need to do repairs and renovations. TLDR. Rooms are very dated and poorly maintained. Basically falling apart. A/c issues, toilet issues, dirty, fridge not working, and in state of disarray. Staff is kind and helpful Great location and great price. You have to pay for parking like 45$

The property is in a good location but was very run down and dirty. The curtains in our room were shredded, the top bolt on the door was broken in our room, and the whole hotel was very dirty. The staff was friendly but it did not outweigh all of the other issues. If I could have backed out at check in I would have. Never again!

Well for one the system was done— I was on the cell phone, on speaker with the person helping me. Then was told it was only VALET PARKING $45 a night. I stayed one night but got charged for 2 nights, it was just a mess. The RR too it smelled like pee.

Elevator is going to give out any second. The staff was rude upon check in. You have to pay 45$ for valet parking, but they don’t even park your car. They made me park my own car, and told me to go get it whenever I want. Never once asked for keys or anything, but sure asked for a tip. The rooms it’s tell are dirty and smell like smoke. The pictures of this place is a lie. Definitely not worth the stay

The room was clean, but very neglected. The curtains were broken, the bathroom light was not working, the small shelf above the toilet was about to fall off. The morning breakfast was sad. The coffee was brought in from Starbucks in "to go cartons" and was cold. There wasn't any hot water to add to the oatmeal packets. The entire building is old and falling apart. The gym was unavailable due to mold issues.

Broken Stairwell Doors, Forced Relocation, Poor Maintenance Multiple serious issues during my 2/20-2/21 stay: Could Not Access My Room: The stairwell door to my assigned 3rd floor room was broken and wouldn’t open. Returned to desk - was told to use the other staircase. That door was also broken. Had to return to desk a second time with my luggage. Finally relocated to ground floor room. Inferior Replacement Room: Ground floor room was extremely noisy (right by street - constant traffic). Floors had visible stains throughout. Bathtub drained very slowly - plumbing issues. Poor Maintenance: Two broken stairwell doors preventing access to an entire floor, stained floors, and slow drains indicate systemic maintenance neglect. Parking: $42/day parking fee buried in policies - discovered only at check-in. Found nearby garage for $12 instead. Positives: Front desk staff polite. Convenient downtown location. Bottom Line: Broken infrastructure and poor maintenance make this a bad choice despite the location. Many better options in downtown Austin at similar prices. Would not stay here again or recommend.
