This hotel is amazing, and I would absolutely recommend it. My problem is with Hotels.com. Their website glitched when I was booking the room. I ended up being charged for two rooms. It was all the fault of Hotels.com and their faulty website. Now, they are giving me the run around when I asked for a refund, or at least a complimentary night. Once again, this was their fault. Beware using Hotels.com as they don't care about their customers.
