The all inclusive is good but some of the front end staff can be rude and not so helpful. Rooms need to be renovated including the beds are old and not comfortable. While one of the pools is being remodeled you need to go no a sister hotel to obtain towels and I see that as inconvenience for the guest. Restaurants are good and the staff is really nice.
