Our room was clean but the bathroom had mold all in the shower. Nasty!!!! Air conditioning worked off and on all night (it’s middle of June). Overall, won’t be staying here again.

Last minute stopped only thing we could find and very disappointed after what we paid. Had very bad odor then walked to elevator and there was beer cans. Not cleaned then the worst when we got to the room the covers had a huge yellow stain.

Stayed at hotel 7/15 - 7/20 and very dissatisfied. 1. Room never serviced once for a 5 night stay 2. No change of sheets 3. No fresh towels 4. 1st day: bathroom had 1/2 roll of toilet paper on holder. Spare roll on top of toilet was about 1/4 gone 5. Had to ask for toilet paper on 2nd night. Desk clerk gave us 1 roll, took down our room # and said the room would be cleaned the next morning. Didn't happen. 6. Had to ask for more toilet paper on day 5. Also emptied our garbage into lobby waste can and asked desk clerk for a garbage bag for our room. 7. Breakfast area was not stocked adequately on several mornings. Had to ask for forks, more eggs, more coffee, waffle batter not working and overall cleanliness very poor. Very unacceptable housekeeping.

Room was clean but outdated. Breakfast, was not stocked at all. Had to ask for spoons and forks. No coffee, had to wait for it to be made. If your looking for a good breakfast this might not be your place. If your looking for a place to lay your head is fine.

The room was not clean at all, beds were made but even they had dirt crumbs on them… the AC unit was completely torn apart. There was still trash from previous people on the counter beside the sink… The TV didn’t work, there was no connection and idk what was sticky on it and the remote. Won’t stay here again. Thankful it was a one night deal but I think would have feel better popping open my rooftop tent in the walmart parking lot in downtown St.Louis than stay here again…

This property should be advertised as an extended stay property. People actually live at this site. There were abandoned cars in the parking lot. The furniture was worn. The towels were stained. The refrigerator froze beverages.
