Labor Day weekend ‘25 Fairfield Inn, Catoosa OK

Check in was extremely fast and easy. Room was clean and comfortable, updated, we slept very well. For some reason there were ants in the room, crawling on our desk and along the baseboard/carpet. We couldn’t figure out what they were after but they kept to themselves and didn’t bother us so it didn’t really affect our stay any. The breakfast options were outstanding, even our picky 4-year-old enjoyed the waffles every morning. Housekeeping service was top-notch. Would absolutely stay here again.

with appreciation, especially for Dru!

We had a pleasant experience here, and the staff was very helpful. My ice chest spilled in the elevator and staff just came together to not only to help me clean it; but, help me not feel bad about it! Dru was amazing, patient and above and beyond with all kinds of crazy requests, as we were a long road trip and literally living at hotels. She made us feel at home and helped me solve some challenges, with a smile on her face!

Nice just need to put a little more effort on cleaning the rooms , clean up the spiderwebs vacuum etc . But overall ok . Food was good, dining was clean .

My husband, son, & I stayed here for 4 nights. This was hands down the quietest hotel we’ve ever visited. The breakfast was exceptional, and the selection for hot items varied daily. The gym was nice. The pool was too cold for me to enjoy, but most kids probably wouldn’t mind. I never really understood the housekeeping schedule. We’d leave very early in the morning, and stay gone until mid-afternoon. Two of the days we had to ask for our own towels since our room had not been made up.

Check-in and check-out was a breeze. Hotel honored our request for accessible room and easy hotel entry/exit which was important because my husband has limitations with walking. The accessible roll-in shower was built on an incline which seemed to cause water to get all over the bathroom floor...so heads up about that. The pillows were very comfortable...the bed maybe not so comfortable...but everything very clean. Breakfast choices were great. Staff super friendly. Would stay here again.

The bed was on the soft side which I like. The pool and whirlpool are great, very large pool, good temperature on both pool and hot tub. We would stay here again.

The bed is on the soft side which I like. We actually went back for a second night after we checked out; I had planned to stay on the other side of the city, but this hotel was really good for us and I didn't want to risk a worse one. The parking lot almost adjoins to the far back side of a Walmart parking lot, so I could easily and (I felt) safely walk there. It didn't cause any busyness at all around the property though. It's a really easy area to get in and out of, right off of Route 66. The outlet situation was probably the worst issue. There aren't easy places to charge near the beds. There was also a flashing light on the ceiling so I used my sleeping mask. They might have been able to fix thhat if I had ask, but I did not. The lobby and first floor area smells strongly of some scent; maybe they use an air freshener or cleaner, but I did not like it and wished they would not have that strong of a smell around.
