Local bom, fácil de encontrar. Instalações antigas, falta de manutenção. Tampa do vaso sanitário rachada, luzes do espelho do banheiro queimadas, carpete sujo. E uma outra viagem, escolherei outro local para me hospedar.

I wish I had taken the reviews a little more seriously before I booked. My room was definitely run down, with parts of the wall coming off and mirror was off the wall, on the floor next to where it should be up and you can see from the outline where it was supposed to be on the wall. TV remote had batteries in wrong, then didn’t even work and when I went to the front desk I was given a manual to an entirely different remote. Glad I had two beds to choose from because one had stains on the sheets.

Upgrade from the Buckeye…

Our room could have used a deep cleaning, but the bed was very comfy. Sheets were clean. No remote for tv, when given a universal it needed to be programmed which we never did get to work. It was definitely an upgrade from across the street but certainly could be worked on to be nicer.

Hotel is in terrible shape. We were able to be given a room that doesn’t smell of cigarette smoke even though it’s a no smoking hotel. There were many many cigarette burns in the carpet of our room and even some on the mattress. The desk attendants were very friendly but just shrugged and said people still smoke on the rooms. Kind of like “ what can we do about it?”

staying at Norwood Inn & Suites North Conference C

Our experience at this property was very disappointing. The room conditions were poor and clearly outdated. There were visible holes in the walls and noticeable water stains on the ceiling, indicating past or ongoing leakage issues. When booking, we expected at least a basic breakfast offering, but the only option available was dry cereal. We were told this was due to a delivery truck not arriving, and that breakfast consisted solely of a coffee machine. We stayed for three nights simply to have a place to sleep, but made a point of avoiding the property during the day due to its condition. There were cockroaches present in the room, and I started sneezing due to the dust. Upon checking the AC unit, I discovered the filters were extremely dirty—likely never cleaned. I removed, washed, and reinstalled them myself just to get some relief. I've attached photos as evidence.

It is in a crappy area of town, run down, there's a homeless camp next to it, where they burned down the wooden fence to the hotels parking lot. breakfast was bare minimum, cereal, 1 gallon of milk, a loaf of bread, a few packs of oatmeal, and a few bagels. Nothing to put on the bread or bagels, no juice or water. The room could have been cleaner but not bad. On a positive note the bed was comfy.

HELL HOLE! Pics do not match current condition.

REMOVE this hotel from your list of options asap. I’ve stayed at lots of hotels from coast to coast, 1-4 stars and this is easily the worst experience ever! Run down! Trash throughout the parking lot upon arrival including old tires, diapers, shopping carts and menstrual pads. The attendant didn’t seem to care for leaving the back office to check people in. Once he did get us checked in, he couldn’t be bothered to tell us where the room was located. Finally get keys and head to the rooms through a set of heavy metal double doors and the stench of weed and alcohol smacks you in the face. 0/10 if it was possible for that rating.

Miserable stay at Norwood Inn & "Suites".

The entire building is digusting. Even in the lobby is smells of cigarette and weed smoke and just hovering dirty smell. All the amenities advertised are broken/out of service. The pool, the gym area, giest laundry room. The rooms themselves are equally disheveled. My first room had a completly broken A/c unit, disgusting carpet, 1 of the lamps barely worked, 4 of the outlets were damaged; with even one behind the bed having some metal jammed inside the outlet, the dresser was damaged and missing 6/7 of its drawers. On top of that the whole just stunk of a slight body odor smell. The only thing ok was the bedding and the towels. I asked to leave early so the man at the desk moved me to a second room on the 2nd floor, it wasnt better. Carpet still just as dirty and stinking, hallway stinking just the same, A/C just as broken apart, dresser still damaged and falling apart, but this time it had a massive liquid stain. The chair paired with the table in this new room was dirty, tattered, and stained. Not even the bedding was completely clean in this room. There was a stain in the corner of the sheet and somekind of fluid stain on one of the pillowcases. Overall this hotel is not cared for at all.

I reserved the room with the hot tub and I was pleasantly surprised. The room was big and it was extremely clean. I even bought my own hospital issued disinfecting wipes and there wasn't any dirt anywhere that I wiped and believe you me I wiped everywhere in this room

Was limited w/ virtually no options due to the Arnold hiking rates up— made the mistake of booking. Could go on is no way this building is code compliant. Every direction you look you’ll see exposed wiring, water damage stains on floors, walls, ceilings; TINY ROOM, they sold the one I paid for. fruit loops all over the floor in my room as if they were proud of it. The a/c thermostat has cig burns all over. bathroom walls and tub look like it’s seeping nicotine. Oh and THEY DONT SUPPLY TOWELS & the remote didn’t have batteries. There were dried bl**d spatters in the corner of the bathroom on the wall and floor. In 2025 c I had a panic attack when I realized I didn’t have my socks on as I was using the toilet b/c the floors were actually SLIMY. The exhaust fan was hanging from the ceiling by exposed wires. The sink was falling off the wall without any support underneath in attempt to prevent further damage and a possibly an injury. The front doors to the building are always open regardless of what time or who is baI don’t think they’re functional. This “hotel” is in one of the worst areas of Columbus… i was walking down the hall headed outside to walk my dog, halfway down the hall was a pile of what I’m hoping was dog poop on the floor. I did not stay; tried to get a refund but they do not honor refunds, prob because they know they’re deceptive w picture. Expedia honored $15 to my OneKey but I spent over $100 risking getting trafficked and infected with AIDS and hepatitis.

The staff were fine and the linens surprisingly comfortable. The physical building was dirty and had holes in the walls. Like, anything fabric was great, but anything made of different material was sketchy. Heater worked well, and had no problems with the plumbing except that it was on the slower side. Feels like an older property in need of a remodel. Also the sign was not lit at night which made it hard to find.
