The hotel is also located on Ventrura so, unlike most parts of LA, you can actually walk around to bars and restaurants nearby. The staff were very nice and accommodating. Check in/out process was straight forward and even got an early check in since we flew in early in the morning. The staff were all friendly and polite. There was not continental breakfast offered but they have a cafe if you wanted to eat on site. We did not eat in the cafe as there are a ton of great places within walking distances to eat. They offer secured parking if you drive but we only Ubered so didn't need it. They have a large pool area and was not crowded when we where there.
