I arrived to the hotel and was notified that the elevator had been down for multiple days and still wasn't working. This would have been great to know prior to booking my room, especially after being placed on the top floor of the hotel. The rooms are a nice size but they had a little funky odor (old carpet). Didn't interact with the staff much. Check-in and check-out were a breeze. The location is convienent to the mall and restuarants.

Good location, was only in town 1 night for a concert and located in the perfect area. The only downfall is we checked out 2/21 around 4am for a 5am flight and the front desk worker was clearly in the back office sleep. I was tapping the key on the counter and she came out the back with a nasty attitude stating “don’t tap the key on the counter” I said well we’ve been standing here for 5 mins and nobody came to the front. She said “well don’t tap it” and I said well you should have been out here.
