The room smelled musty. The air conditioner said it was 60 degrees but it felt warmer. The boy place I was barefoot was in the room, when I went to take a shower my feet were black on the bottom from the rug which felt moist. I asked for change of a $20 bill and they did not have smaller bills. I’ve never had this happen in a hotel before. The breakfast bar was mediocre. The only choices were cold cereal , bagels, toast, and a breakfast sandwich that had to be microwaved. The reason I chose this hotel was because they had a shuttle to the airport. I asked if I needed to sign up and I was told the shuttle starts at 10:30 am. My flight was boarding at 10:40. The only option was paying Lyft $20 for a 10 minute ride to PBI airport which was 10 minutes away. So if you have an early flight you’re SOL!!!!! Wyndham should be ashamed for putting their name on la Quinta.

Facility was probably an 80s feel definitely needs an upgrade. There are no airport shuttles on the weekend. The staff was constantly on video chats with their family members in all of the common areas. You couldn't get away from it. I couldn't hear the new on the TV in the breakfast room because of the gal video chatting on her phone loudly the whole entire time and also in the lobby. This place deserved a 5 star rating and no more. Lesson learned I will pay more so i can enjoy!

The pictures of this LaQuinta are very very misleading, the place is very rundown, the room and the entire place needs to be deep cleaned from top to bottom, the smell horrible and the staff does not care, and you can tell even by their apperance and lack luster ability to help. We also had a friend traveling and their room had to be changed and then when changed it had insects all over. This property needs to be closed and cleaned, if not update the pictures so people know the truth.

Sink not in the bathroom, toilet seat not fitted with proper fittings and only 1 trash can. Floor carpet was damp and the room smelled musky. Fan wouldn’t stop running so I shut it off. Very disappointing for the price I paid. Room 413. I’ve stayed in several La Quinta hotels and this was way below standard. Changed my mind about staying in ever again. Way over priced for what what I expected.

First, the hotel smelled musty and moldy. Our room TV was unable to be used as the sound could not be turned up. Our hotel phone couldn't be used as the phone line was severed. The main door lock plate was barely on the door. The toilet didn't flush properly. The shower curtain rod was loose and was loose from the wall. There was a desk but no chair. The blinds could not be opened. The bathroom doorknob was loose and was then hard to lock.

The hallways smell like urine. Rooms are filthy, seriously lack cleaning. The in room carpet was compacted and sticky from lack of a good steam clean. Bathroom moldy, breakfast was a health hazzard, boiled eggs in a fridge and a gallon of milk no time as to how long they have been there. Toast, yogurt and cereal is not breakfast

The entire place was a dump. My beverages I placed in the fridge froze & exploded. The ceiling of the room was moldy. Next to the fridge the carpet was black mold. Filthy elevators. No got water at the bathroom sink. Very low water pressure in the shower. The entire placed including my room had a bad smell. The mix for waffles would not come out of the spout. I talked to several other guest and they also said it was a horrible place to stay. I paid over $200 per night and it was not worth $5 per night. I will never ever stay in another La Quinta or a Wyndham hotel again and I travel almost weekly & usually stay most of the week in a couple different hotels. I don’t recommend anyone ever stay at this dump… You can usually tell what your room will be like by the up keep in the parking lot then the lobby. Front the outside to the rooms it just got worst… The heath department has already been contacted… Thus place should be closed down…

It started with the phone not working. We were working on an emergency job and didnt get in until 5 am. Tried to call several times. Tried to book additional night at check in and was told we had to book online only. booked online and was told we had to switch rooms or pay $25 per room if we wanted to stay in the same room. Front Desk Staff was the complete opposite of helpful.

It’s really a crappy hotel - dark rooms, lamps with MIA switches do you can’t turn them in, lukewarm coffee and “hot” water at breakfast - and the “free shuttle” only runs from something like 10 to 5. The whole place is kind of dirty too.
