My was stay was perfect. The have a free shuttle to take you anywhere on the beach. Breakfast every morning was delicious. The rooftop with pool great lunch and drinks. Our stay at the Kimpton Palomar South Beach exceeded every expectation. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcomed and went above and beyond to accommodate us. Since we arrived before check-in and had a later flight after checkout, they graciously allowed us access to the pool both before check-in and after we checked out, which made a huge difference and allowed us to enjoy every minute of our trip. They also provided us with a complimentary late checkout, and when we asked about warming up our food, they even brought a microwave to our room without hesitation. It’s those thoughtful touches that truly set this hotel apart. The complimentary beach shuttle was another standout amenity—convenient, reliable, and made getting to and from the beach effortless. Every interaction with the staff was warm, professional, and genuinely hospitable. Their attention to detail and willingness to help made us feel like valued guests rather than just another reservation. If you’re looking for a hotel with exceptional service, thoughtful amenities, and a team that truly cares about your experience, I can’t recommend the Kimpton Palomar South Beach enough.
