Needs a cleaning

Lobby area smell of smoke, elevator was covred in handprints and who knows what? As well as the carpet was so dirty throughout the hotel. The blankets, curtains & carpets in our room were covered in idk? Looked like a crime scene. I think this hotel needs a whole new cleaning staff. Like youshould be able to recognize that the "white" blankets have a questionable stain on them as well as the carpet and curtains. I felt dirty even after taking a shower. My kids didnt even take a bath or go to the pool, because it was so gross. I think the ladies who are running it need to think about cleaning it better.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE & DIRTY

This was one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed at and I travel often for work. I usually love quality Inn and suites. They’re usually very friendly and accommodating. This one in Twin Falls has the worst customer service representatives I’ve ever dealt with they act like they are being bothered if you even walk up to the counter, they have no Friendliness to them at all. There was blood stains on the linens. It was disgusting and the AC never worked and they did nothing about it at all. I would never stay here again. Especially a gal that she said her name was Betty. She even rolled her eyes at me. I have never had this kind of service at the quality and before I came to Twin Falls.

It's not really for business travel. No hot water in the shower, peeling paint, stained carpeting, and that funny musty smell of old buildings. Great option if you're just looking for a bed for the night with absolutely no frills after a long drive. Ice box in the fridge didn't work either. Key cards needed finesse to open any doors.

I won't stay here again!

We chose non-smoking and the building smelled horrible of tobacco. The staff was not friendly, the signage to front office was poor and it was plain hard after dark to find that front office. We had all kinds of luggage and there was no elevator that we could find. The room was clean and smelled good, but the rest of the place was really not good.

Comfy beds, a hot shower, and a good location.

The hotel needs a significant update, and the carpets in our room must be cleaned. The staff was excellent, breakfast was what you expect, and parking is horrible. You can get there earlier, or you may have to park on the other side of the hotel.

Don’t step anywhere without shoes.

This room was a disaster. Carpet was unfit for a hotel and I want a refund. I have spent over 100k in hotels in my life and this one ranks in the bottom 5 ever. Asked the front desk about the room and just gave me a standard reply that they are looking to find someone to clean the carpets. I called a couple professional cleaning service in Twin Falls and they could service a big area within 3 days. Paid over 160 for this pit and had no choice as we were tired and wanted to sleep. The hotel.com company needs to remove this dirtbag hotel from their listing. I expect contact about this. Mike T.
