Motor noise

Although the room was very comfortable and clean, there was a motor on the other side of the wall that started up every few minutes that was very loud and kept my friend awake for quite a while.it needs to be looked into.

Dirty and no AC

I stayed at the hotel a few years ago and it was quite nice. It has completely gone downhill. The carpets were dirty, there was mold in the bathroom, everything in the room seemed grimy. The desk was falling apart and pieces of the top part of it stuck to my arm when I sat there using my computer. The towels smelled musty, like they had been left in the washer and got stinky. And the AC basically didn't make cold air. It was stuffy, warm, and uncomfortable ion the room all night. Not a place for families or people who like clean rooms with working AC.

Everything about the room was fine except the ac didn’t work. By the time we figured it wasn’t gonna cool down , we already had the kids tucked in. I wasn’t gonna go through trying to get them settled in again.

Not great

The whole building was in disrepair. The carpets everywhere had tears and were threadbare. The pool looked like it would crumble to pieces if you look at it wrong. The hand towel rack in our bathroom was coming out of the wall. There were stains all over the bathroom ceiling. The carpet in our room had numerous stains and felt damp? When we got to our room there were old hot dogs in a cabinet, plus dirty towels in the closet. We saw debris on the floor, like popcorn kernels. The blackout curtains were so worn that there were holes throughout. Beds were uncomfortable. The bathroom fan sounded like the world was crumbling down and didn't really help with the shower steam. Definitely will not be staying here again.

Not worth the $

Bed was comfortable but that was the only ok part. Room smelled really bad. Walls are very thin and we had kids running up and down the hall above us all night long. Only two towels in the room and no blankets or anything for the hide a bed. Hot tub was cold and dirty and pool was dirty and overly cold for a pool. Definitely not worth the high price.

Horrible stay

It was a horrible stay 1st night the mold was so bad i almost had to go to the emergency room, i couldn't breathe all night. Questionable people parked outside that were sleeping in their van. Food made my husband sick. Only place i used my debt card was there at the motel, some how many charges were made with my information in twinfalls i believe it was one of the people at the front desk using my card. I will never stay there again and will let people know its a bad place.

Must have been a busload of people checking in at the same time. We had made the reservation on line from about 45 minutes away. Lobby was full of people and we were asked to wait about ten minutes for our key and to be sure the room was ready. The reception staff had been working hard taking care of everyone and stepped away from the front counter to take care of something when a possible manager passed through and hit the bell then yelled something like get out here and take care of these people but didn’t offer to help or see why the lobby was full. Not a team building attitude. Otherwise we found the reception staff to be friendly and helpful

I would not recommend this hotel. Building B is old, the hallways dirty and smelly. Our bathroom had black mold growing on the ceiling. The lady at the front desk when checking in was less than pleasant. The cook sat in the corner of the dining area and stared at people durning the breakfast. Garbage cans overflowing on the sidewalks outside. Just not a great place. I won’t be going back.
