Staff was awesome from getting me there when I got lost in town to knocking on my door for my wake up call because it wouldn't go through on their end. Only negative was shower head adjustment didn't work only pulsate, put it on anything else and it sprayed everywhere. It was so late I reported it in the morning and they advised they would have someone look at it. I would stay there again.

Property advertised that it was Pet Friendly on website but when I arrived I was told it did not except pets. I had booked and paid for 4 rooms with Travelocity. I have not received a refund. NEVER AGAIN!! BAD BUSINESS PRACTICES.

They didn’t disclose renovations at time of bookin

They are renovating. That WAS NOT disclosed when I booked or I abound not have booked! There were painted splotches all over, drop cloth/papers in the foyer, odd furniture in odd places, large boxes in the front and foyer. Just not a nice setting.

If you’re looking for pet friendly or working indoor pool, look elsewhere! The description is not accurate on Expedia, they do not allow pets and the pool is currently under construction! The staff made the situation right and we stayed in a freshly renovated room! Very clean! Once the construction is finished this hotel will surely be a 5/5!!! Thanks Lori!

Rediculous and not for daytime sleepers

They were remodeling when I was there and they were the loudest people. I was there for work and wrk nights so sleep during the day. I was there 14 days out of the 14 days I slept 4 days. The remodeling people were loud they were laughing loud, talking loud, just disrespectful for someone trying to sleep. Then had a guest for 4 days staying next to me that kept slamming her door everytime she entered or exited her room. I would yell for her to stop. She played loud music that was heard thru the wall and then smoked weed in her room which could be smelt in my room. So I was not pleased with this hotel and will not be back.

This hotel is undergoing renovation but should be closed until the work is complete. There is construction material, dust, dirt, bags of garbage, cigarette butts, tools, etc. all over the place. I chose this hotel partially because they have a pool. However, the pool is empty at this time and is used to store construction material. These facts should be specified in their Expedia listing. I feel I got cheated and am owed at least a partial refund since I did not get what was promised. The staff were adequate and the breakfast was below average for this caliber hotel.

Construction Zone

I really wish Hotels.com would require properties to disclose when they are under renovation. This would be a big consideration in the decision process. Especially if paying full price. This property was an absolute mess. No parking spaces because of construction trailers, closed pool, closed restrooms, boxes and supplies stacked everywhere, paint dust everywhere, disconnected ice machines, and so on. The room itself was finished and clean, but nothing else about the property was good. Felt like sleeping on a construction site. Please require properties to disclose when they are being remodeled. It’s the ethical thing to do.
