The front desk woman was very friendly and helpful even with a line of people waiting for help. The room was very clean but worn. The mattress definitely needs an upgrade, it was really bumpy and it looks like cheap fixes for the bathroom, specifically around the tub and the caulking. The owners should do better to keep the place looking better.

Should have figured out that this place was going to be sketch when we walked into a couple complaining to the front desk loudly that they had just had items stolen from the hall way out side the room. The lobby was crowded with families checking in and there was one women working the front desk with no help. This is spring break and there were little options for last minute reservations and this place had one room left. We were traveling with our dog so we got a pet friendly room. Apparently that means a room that wreaks of wet dog. The walls were filthy and had paint chipping off them. There was once a tv hanging on the wall but was taken off and they left the mount there but put a tv in front of it on a desk. The bed and the floors were about the only thing decent in this room. Don’t look at the towels before you shower because you are likely to find hair or stains. There was a brown substance in the bathroom next to the toilet on the wall. I can only assume what that was. Not good. I highly recommend this hotel as a last option. I can’t comment about the breakfast. Based on the cleanliness of the room we didn’t want to roll the dice. We got up early and left. There is a strong scent of diffuser when you walk in. An obvious attempt to cover the scent of uncleanliness. The carpet in the hall way was disgusting and filthy.

The room was disgusting. We would have left if we didn’t check in after midnight on a road trip. As we were walking into the hall with our bag another family was walking out with their bags. I knew that was a bad sign. We didn’t see any signs of bugs but the room was gross and there was black mold on the carpet by the fridge. I will never stay at another clarion

First room we checked into the tv didn’t work. We got moved to a different room. Both rooms were very beat up. Holes in the walls, wall fixtures missing and screw anchors pulled out. Woodwork badly scraped up and walls scratched down to the drywall. Hair dryer was pulled off the wall and missing in the second room. That said, the room was very clean and the breakfast was decent. Front desk host Toni went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable. She is the reason we gave the review a “good” score.

Excellent spot to drop our stuff and head to Ruby Falls. Very inexpensive, clean, and a decent breakfast. I recommend if you are trying to save money for Chatanooga excursions.
