Check in and out was the most pleasant thing about this experience. The room door was warped and the bottom didn't close all the way. The bottom seal was missing so light and aire came in, fortunately it didn't rain while we were there. The tub sprayed water at at least 100psi which could have been nice if it were a massaging head. Instead if felt more like being hit with 75 waterpik streams of water. The other were shooting water out the curtain so that the floor became soaked with each shower. The toilet was questionable with each flush, just crossed your fingers in hopes it finished the flush. The ice bin didn't have a bag, the coffee maker was questionable as to when the last time it was cleaned. The AC made some strange noises. If it were not race weekend and options limited I might have looked for other accomodations.

The rooms were upstairs and smoking rooms which I requested non smoking rooms so they smelled of smoke. The bedspreads were full of cigarette burns. The free breakfast was just muffins and juice. On the website is shows a much bigger selection and hot food. The hotel looked nothing like the picture on line. I asked for extra towels, I got 2, one for each room. It was very misleading and I will never book there again!

Everything was good except for the check out lady was very rude to me and wanted me to pay $10 each for my two small pets I had when I wasn't asked when I checked in at 11 pm the night before about if I had any pets. The check out lady said do you not read the print down at the bottom of the paper and I'm like lady, it was late last night when I checked in and I've been driving all throughout the day from Arkansas to go to Florida and you want me to read the fine print about my two pets? Then she started going on with her life how busy she was or she is and how many jobs she works. She works a lot of hours 7 days straight. She was just very rude and talked about how much she worked but I was a customer staying there for the night driving from Arkansas to go to Florida and then she got on to me cuz I didn't pay $20 for my two pets. Then she wanted cash and I don't have cash and I don't carry cash on me so when I ask her I said I can give you my card and I'll pay $20 from my card and she said well I don't know how to ring it up and she said never mind. I'll go ahead and give it to you but next time when you come in here you have to pay and I told her I said well. I live in Florida and I'm heading down to Florida where I live so I will not be back.

The room was just renovated, although the beds were a little squishy. The staff was very nice. The big complaint was the breakfast. I don't consider coffee and a granola bar to be breakfast.

Place was clean. Bathroom was recently remolded. Furniture was all metal which made it very easy to clean but made for a very clinical, hospitalish atmosphere. Staff was very nice and accommodating. It met the needs for our trip.
