My room had stains all over the carpet and curtains. My bathroom ceiling tile was all stained from leaks and one if the ceiling tiles was missing part of it. It was the worst hotel I have ever seen.

Very old building. The AC was very loud, making it hard to sleep. We couldn't find how to change the temperature. No pancakes or yogurt at breakfast. Overall, not bad. Very good location in the center, free parking, and free breakfast.

Had a great stay! Could see the fireworks from my room window. Very spacious room and clean. Loved the enclosed "terrace" style for the breakfast and pool area. Such a nice breakfast and the breakfast area personnel were the best I have ever seen! Kept everything so well supplied and clean!

Older hotel but clean and great price

In town for a wedding. Found great deal for look arge room with Fall's view and a Jacuzzi tub. Included simple hot buffet breakfast and parking on site.

Its a cute hotel, king size room with jacuzzi was large but was told to stop using jacuzzi cause it was leaking to the room below, not happy about that payed alot for that room and wasn't compensated or really got an apology. The Continental breakfast was good for us, eggs and sausage was delicious.

El hotel está cerca de todas las atracciones, es una zona segura y tranquila. Requiere mantenimiento pero en general está bien en relación calidad y precio. El servicio en recepción no fue de mi agrado, el personal no tuvo trato amable ni disposición de apoyarme con algunas dudas. Recomiendo este hotel para una estancia corta.

Love Clifton Victoria Inn! It's located almost across from Casino. Very close also to Clifton Hill which makes a walk to Falls about 10 minutes. Very bright entrance when entering Inn. Balconies surround 1 side. On ground floor is the breakfast are which is free with stay! You get a selection of teas, coffee, juices or milk. Various cereals, egg rounds, sausage rounds, bagels, English muffin or white or brown bread. There are jams, peanut butter or Nutella. On same floor is the pool. It's separated from the eating area by a wall. Not a large or deep pool but nice for a refreshing swim. Attendants at check in were friendly & accommodating for a fridge in our room. 2 Elevators to floors but are slow. Parking is out back of hotel but free! You need to bring items in from that point as there's only a few steps at entrance. Room was clean but needs a little updating. Your basics were there: shampoo, soap, coffee maker, plastic cups, ice cube bin. Air conditioner worked fine. Not many channels on tv. Didn't find it noisy at night. Overall enjoyed our stay

Clifton stay for holiday

My husband uses a walker. This hotel does not have wheelchair friendly doors at the exit to the parking lot,so I struggled holding the door and pulling in the trolley. Excellent location. You can ‘check in’ early but only get your key at 3 pm.

They got me...

It was an average hotel at best, close to the strip. Beds were not overly comfy but fine, small pool but it's wet, halls and room could have used a vacuum but no rats running around so still it was fine. No microwaves in the rooms regardless of what the ads say and breakfast was absolutely awful. Not sure how you screw up the standard continental but just because you have chaffing dishes doesn't mean you have to cook everything in them. Honestly no one could eat it so instead of complaining with the mob I left and went to IHOP for an 8 dollar orange juice. Other than that it's an average hotel with friendly staff. They did however double boot my car 20 minutes before I had to leave to st. Catherine's and had to wait for a gentleman to drive in from St Catherine's to unlock it. Free parking is only free if the front desk bothers to file your paper work and let the parking attendants know your staying there, even though he saw the pass on my dash I wasn't on the list so I got all the boots he had. Apparently this was not the first time and although the bootman was extremely apologetic and left the golf course on the weekend to get me on my way I missed my meeting so now i may not need a hotel ever again in the future. Either way I won't be gracing their halls ever again. Expensive lesson, if your trying to help Canada's tourism just drive in and leave, don't stay overnite as they may not let you leave.

“Excellent Value and Family-Friendly Stay!”

Great stay! it was clean, comfortable, and offered a good breakfast. The location is excellent—walking distance to all entertainment spots. The private parking is a big plus. The indoor heated pool and sauna were perfect for relaxing. Very good option for families!
