Not worth the price

Our room was musty and damp. We had a jacuzzi room and the tub was gross and dirty. The carpet had huge stains and burn holes. We stayed the night and left to a much nicer hotel for less money.

Nice family oriented facility

We always stay at this hotel as my kids love the pool and proximity to Clifton Hill. The free parking, free breakfast, free 24 hour coffee, and free wifi, are convenient bonuses. The 2 bedroom family suites are perfect for families with children. Only downside is the lack of TV channel options once the kids are asleep. Not a lot of sports or news channel options.

Wonderful Staff

The hotel staff were amazing, especially front desk and the staff who clean the rooms. Both days she was out there with her cleaning cart asking if I needed anything. I appreciated them so very much. I wish our room would have had a fridge and microwave, but it was very nice.

Just a so/so stay

Our stay here had some ups and downs We really enjoyed the pool and the sauna. The proximity to all of the attractions and the falls was great! However, the breakfast was definitely disappointing. They didn't have very many options. The cleanliness and stability of the rooms was subpar. The walls and bathroom door had what appeared to be Lettuce and ketchup smeared on it. There were also crumbs on the bed and we found party balloons in the drawers. The tv channels didn't work. The trim around the walls were falling down and the smoke detectors looked broken and very yellow. Overall, this hotel needs major updatting and a good scrubbing! Some better breakfast options like pancakes or a waffle maker would be nice! And a having a refrigerator in the rooms is a must!

Was speechless

Our stay didnt start off very well we checked into the hotel which was all fine there until we went to our room. I have never seen a hotel room in such aweful condition, the chairs and couches had holes in the fabric were the stuffing was exposed, the ceiling had huge cracks in it the wall paper was pealing the tiles around the jaccuzzi were cracked and had black mold all over. The carpet was in ruff condition as well. We called for a manager but they sent a repair guy up and basically said we could try another room or go somewere else. He said this is an old hotel and needs work. I understand that hotels can be old but Ive never in my life seen a room you pay money for in this state. After going to the front desk and explaining to them. They gave us a different room which was much better thankfully. The stay was was decent after that.
