Staff was pleasant and check-in was easy. The buildings in good repair and overall seems fine. The room was hot and the thermostat not working. We discovered the air conditioning was unplugged from the wall and plugged it back in. While turning the air conditioning back on we noticed the filters appeared not to have been cleaned in a very long time. Once we clean the filters the air conditioning did a wonderful job. There was some dust built up in other places as well but not dirty just in need of a detailed cleaning. Attempted to attach a photo of the filters but the app won't let me.

If you want peace and quiet don’t stay here

Hotel and our room were nice however the majority of the time we were there, the staff cleaning rooms were slamming doors constantly. Around 3-7pm and then again in the morning from 8-10. Also knocking on our room door which woke us up, when there was a do not disturb sign. Wouldn’t stay here again.

Good, but could've been better

I can tell that the hotel had a sloppy renovation. By check in time we were assigned a room that hadn't been cleaned yet. Actually pretty much that whole floor hadn't been cleaned. We did get a room on another floor. Yet, instead of getting 2 queen beds, I think we got 2 full beds.

Not so Comfort Inn

My first room they put me in wasn’t even ready for me as there was dirty linens all over the room. Tank want empty. And a mess just every where. The second room they moved me to was just as run down as the first with the walls coming apart at the seams of the wall paper.

See a show and go to sleep.

We came up overnight to see a show downtown and we chose comfort in for its proximity to highway, reviews on quietness and price point. We did not make it down to breakfast because we wanted to brunch in Fairhaven. The bed is clean and comfortable with comfortable pillows. The room heat is nice. Very spartan overall. The fridge microwave are in working order and clean condition. The tv is nice and easy to operate. It was quiet through the night so we slept well. Sleeping comfortably was the most important thing so this experience met expectations.

I haven’t received my refund for 5 days after Comfort Inn credited and refunded to your company more than 15 days ago, and sent a confirmation email to both of us to support the approval and the refund confirmation. Very unprofessional and unpleasant experience with your quality of customer service. My cell number is (619) 666-8800 is time to stop going around and deviate the responsibility of refunding my money back and not trying to keep my money by creating an issue by sending several emails stating unsupported excuses why you’re are basically trying to just keep my money expecting me to quit trying to get my refund. Terrible customer service.

Barely adequate

The hotel has a single driving entry into and out of the parking lot off of a busy street so enter with care. When entering the parking lot and examining the building there are obvious signs of wear and tear. The CCTV system has been damaged or altered but looked like a blink camera put in random places. Was greeted when i entered the lobby and checkin was simple. I stayed on the 1st floor. The door to my room had obvious staining and was advertised as non smoking though a smell lingered. The latch on the window was damaged and the window opened all the way (good airflow but bad security). Trim pieces were cracked and seperating. The bed was not horrible and the linen appeared clean. The beakfast at 8 was barely adequate and the best option for me was the complimentary cereal. Overall the hotel served its putpose but for the price there are better options out there.

Gym NOT in SERVICE, same with Hot Tub & Pool

Pretty good, quiet place. Located in close proximity to a number of restaurants/shops. Only downside was that BOTH the pool/hot tub were closed due to maintenance, and same with the gym. A bit of a bummer because these were all factors that led us to choose this location… I think we have learned our lesson to just call ahead to ensure amenities are ACTUALLY being offered.

Very dirty! Comforter has stains on it… mold, falling apart and overall gross! They put me beside a laundry room that made vibrating noise all night long. I came in very late with a child who went to sleep right away… she woke up at 5am asking what that loud noise was! She said the place was a 1 star! At least she got sleep! When I complained because I couldn’t sleep they offered to move me but by then my child was sleep and I was alone with a ton of suitcases! No one to help! Only thing good was was oatmeal and bananas with breakfast
