As soon as we walked in the building, we noticed a strong smell of smoke and dogs. There was no staff on site when we arrived (2am), but instead you checked in through a screen which connected you to a live person elsewhere. We were placed in a room on the 3rd floor. The elevator was broken and the carpet of the stairs smelled bad and was covered in dog hair. We walked in our room and there were stains on the blankets and the room cleanliness was substandard. We immediately left without staying the night. Would not recommend staying here.

Hotel was run down. Banged up furniture, faulty TV, internet did not work. A “buffet” breakfast was offered but consisted of sugary fruit loop cereal and white bread. Quality Inn Properties usually offer a hot breakfast with eggs and meat as a standard. They are not representing the Choice Hotel Brand very well.

Got to our room and there were No batteries in tv remotes no light bulbs in lamps by the bed. We had to go to the lobby to ask for those and acted like we Inconvenienced them. After installing the batteries for the remotes we realized the Tv was broken so we had to go back to lobby and after the employee came to make sure the tv was broken he proceeded to say he would have to give us another room after we had already settled into that room. They did not even offer anything for our inconvenience of an unsatisfactory room.

The staff was inviting but after walking into the hotel. The staircase is dirty and needs swept. The hotel has a musty smell. My sheets might have been washed but there are stains from previous guests. Glad I'm only here for one night

Was one of my worst experiences in La Quinta hotels to start I reserve 3 double bed rooms like 3 days in advance when we get there they give us one room with a single double bed but only one bed when we ask they say they run out of double bed rooms at the end they give us the room we reserve but anyway that the idea when you make a reservation to get what you reserve also the hotel smells like weed on the hallway on the 3rd floor when my kids are on the bed we found a cockroach crawling in the wall it’s a couple of other things I can name but all I can say is my worst experience
