When we checked into this hotel, besides the bedsheet and shower, we hardly touched anything in the room. We brought our own shampoo, body wash, comb, towels, toothbrush, and toothpaste. We only used one towel from the room, and we returned the key card and parking card in perfect condition. I'm not sure why the hotel deducted $33.93 from my deposit after we checked out. This deserves a negative review!

It was a nice cozy little hotel for my wife and I as we spent a week in Anaheim for Disney. The location was perfect walking distance to the parks and many different food places. The hotel was nice and clean and had a pool, there was some inconvenience with things due to maintenance but we were overall happy with our stay.

Overall the hotel did its job. 10-15 min walk to the parks Stayed 4 nights with my teenager daughters Upon arriving to the property I was greeted by an overly happy clerk who was the bearer of bad news that the hotel was undergoing “needed maintenance” on the pipes and the water was going to be off between the hours of 11AM and 4pm my ENTIRE stay. I was exhausted from my trip when she asked me if that was going to be an inconvenience and I was so flustered by this information I said I wasn’t sure (we planned to be in the parks for 3 days but I had hoped to have a working room with water to come back to during the day if needed) She automatically offered to comp one day of parking ($32 per night parking I might add) I accepted and continue to check in as I had already paid for the room at this point. The water indeed was off between those hours during my stay and it was an I convenience as we did return to the hotel for breaks during the day. Upon check out I did express this to the front desk who ended up comping all of my parking for the 4 nights. I didn’t ask for anything further as the water was back on after 4. I wish this would’ve been expressed before check in giving me an opportunity to book another property. The laundry facility is also not in service which I wish would’ve also been expressed to me before booking as I planned to use it per the site saying there was a facility. Overall I wouldn’t stay here again

Overall, the hotel experience was alright but there were a few inconveniences that really affected our stay. 1. Water was off 11 am - 4 pm due to maintenance without prior knowledge or a heads up. 2. The pricing was different from what was listed on Hotels.com, they added parking fees $32.50 PER night and a $150 refundable deposit that was not stated prior. The staff were very nice but the overall quality of the hotel was not good.

When we arrived at the hotel we asked for a early check in so we could go enjoy the park and nothing was available. So we asked to simply use the restroom to change our clothes since we were tracevelng 4 hours and because there was no running water from 11am to 4pm we couldnt even do that. We went to Knotts and unfortunately it rained/poured rain and we were soaked and asked about the laundry room. That also wasnt available they said it wont be working for a werek. We asked where a laundry mat was to dry pur clothes and we were told to go across the street to Portabello that we could use thier laundry room. We walked across the street and the front desk had no idea what we were talking about. At this point im getting irritated about the hotel not having the amenities available and telling us to go there instead of just telling me where a laundry mat is since thats what i originally asked for. The next morning i called and asked for.another blanket and they couldn't bring it because there was only 1 person working at that time. When we left this morning we tried using the ice machine and it wasnt working. It seemed like 1 thing after another.

The staff was very friendly and the room was very clean but the access to get from the parking lot into our room was definitely a pain. It looks like there are renovations taking place so it limited the access to the rooms from the parking lot. Its about a 10 minute walk to the parks so that is a plus. For the cost of the room and accessibility to the parks we will stay here again.

We had 2 rooms both rooms fridge didn't work and the shower water would not go. There is no way management does not know about these issues. 3 night stay and room was never refreshed with towels or garbage out. My biggest issue is the shower standing in 4 inches of water while showering is not comfortable or clean.
