We were greeted right away, and the host was very courteous. He engaged us in pleasant conversation and handled our check in efficiently. The room was clean and the bed/pillows were quite comfortable, which is a huge plus for us. The bathroom sink faucet structure was loose, though it worked fine. The onsite bistro served good food, though the breakfast crew seemed understaffed (one person handling all orders). All in all, we would stay here again.

Having stayed at many Marriott locations nationwide, Norwich was by far the worst experience I have had at any hotel. I would definitely not recommend this hotel to anyone. It was filthy—literally every part of the hotel was dirty. We booked two rooms, and both were incredibly unclean and falling apart. The couch was stained, had a foul odor, and was missing large chunks of wood. Everything about the rooms was repulsive and in disrepair. The entire building seems in need of demolition. I will never stay at this hotel again; I’d rather sleep in my car.
