We arrived on a business trip on May 4, 2025. I liked the hotel, everything was clean and beautiful, but I was very upset about the parking. I paid $46 and it was not guarded in any way. In the morning, when we came to pick up the car, the glass was broken, tools were stolen and the car was scratched. That night, 8 cars were damaged, everyone’s windows were broken. I was very upset.

Above average, could be better for price.

There was a Smokey smell upon checking in. By the time anyone responded we settled in. The tub also drained extremely slow so eventually we’re standing in bath water Besides this, they stay was above average. Location was ideal. Bed was old spring type and pillow were made of an air like almost nothing material.

Perfect location and price

Communication was great. The on-site attendant hooked me up with a great deal on a last-minute swamp tour. Great location right on Charles street next to the street car. Valet always opened the front door. Nice people.

Overall I had a good stay. While I think the bathroom should be updated and the vents cleaned for the cost of the room, I thought the customer service was good. I had an issue with my iron and the hotel staff quickly got me a new iron.

Ehh probably wouldn’t stay here again

Charming boutique style hotel. Great location but checking in was a nightmare. We didn’t receive any instructions for the “virtual check in” and the guy at the front desk had no clue what he was doing and couldn’t find our reservation. It was late and we were exhausted so it was just inconvenient. Also, the streetcar runs outside your window all morning so good luck sleeping in lol

We were a bit apprehensive with having to provide so much personal info before booking...passport, picture, background check but so far so good. Front desk person was extremely helpful at check in. Our tv was troublesome. Quick fix both times. Pay for parking was somewhat confusing. Our reservations said parking wasn't included but I had completed a pre-arrival to include it. I knew there would be a seperate charge as we recieved instructions on where to park via text. Then when we parked I had to confirm with Kasa, via text, that it was taken care of. Somewhat confusing. We loved the door codes and car in and out access. Overall, a very enjoyable place to stay!

Holy Hell!

The stay was awful. The rooms TV and fridge didn't work. They had to move our room and we had to wait 4 hours with no where to go with a u month old. We spent more time waiting for our room and dealing with things wrong than we actually did enjoying our time. I will never stay here again. Not to mention the price that hotels.com gave me was no where what I was charged....it was more than double. I would have never stayed here for that price, we could have stayed at a way better hotel for that price.
