Terrible!! With reservations got checked in 3.5hrs late, tvs and remotes didn’t work properly, A/C didn’t cool room, dirty sheets on couch bed, house keeping didn’t do any cleaning, breakfast was terrible!

DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL

La Quinta Back door going into building unlocked all the time - not safe Smoke alarm in room no battery Shower in room has broken soap dish Friday - room wasn’t cleaned. Towels and trash not taken out Saturday - towels replaced. Trash not taken out, coffee not replenished, beds not made. Morning breakfast - 9 am no eggs. Had to wait for workers to get their coffee before we could get ours. Workers outside smoking for at least 30 minutes Breakfast area not kept clean. Trash cans overflowing. Had to tell the front desk that coffee pots were empty.

Pictures on here are misleading…

Front desk was really friendly. The bathroom did not look like the pictures on here. At all. Arrived and there was a wad of toilet paper in the toilet. A fabric softener sheet stuck to the bathroom mirror. Bathroom looked like it hadn’t been swept or mopped good. Shower water pressure was weak. Probably because the water was spraying out of the side of it. Hair all in the drain. Then in the room…I had to pull back the bedside table to plug in the lamp. A pill and trash was behind that. Stuff spilled all on the wall it looked like as well. I booked 2 nights and tried to cancel the second night due to the misleading photos. They said, “we will allow you to leave, but will not refund you” allow us to leave? Stayed the second night so we weren’t totally out. 300 for two nights was not worth it IMO. Wish I had taken a picture of the bathroom.

The check in & out and service clerks was excellent The room service was amazing and the employees were very respectful and helpful. The hotel was in a convenient location and and close to our venue. All in alll we had an awesome stay. The negative feed back is there was no bathroom handle.

Completely unsatisfied

Upon arrival the attendant, Angela, was wonderful. She was pleasant and welcoming. I never saw her again and no one or nothing else was pleasant or inviting. The room phone did not work, there was blonde strands of hair on the bath towels in my room, I heard the couple next to me having intercourse, and the plethora of children guest ran up and down the halls talking loudly throughout my entire stay. I would suggest that they pay attention to the type of guest that are checking in a place them into rooms accordingly so they do not inconvenience others. I did not get to rest at all.

Some Problems with an Otherwise Good Stay

(1) Breakfast was not available at 7AM on 3/15/25 as advertised, forcing me to eat elsewhere at additional expense so that I could stay on schedule. (2) There was an item of clothing left behind presumably by a previous room tenant that was not discovered and removed by custodial. (3) The level of toilet bowl water was too high, which causes an unsanitary situation for men. (4) The floor of the showers is a bit slippery, and I can imagine a terrible accident happening to someone.
