Room was clean. No remote for the TV. Toilet seat was loose. Climate control unit was so loud I had to turn it off, then realized it masked the noide from the refridgerator. Exterior door near my room had to be forced shut in order to lock. Breakfast didn't start until 7:00 and I had to be at work site at 7.

I booked the Ramada by Wyndham before reading the reviews as it was a cheap option for a work conference I was attending. The hotel is in fine condition but my experience was ruined by the poor staff and worse management. On my first day on the property, we were all recovering from a massive snowstorm that left two feet of snow on site. When I checked in at 3:30 p.m. from a long day of travel, I was informed by front desk staff that they would be plowing the parking lot and I'd need to move my car soon. Because of this, I decided to forgo a planned nap prior to dinner and powered through my day. The plow never came and the staff could not provide me an update on when it would. I left the hotel at 6:30 p.m. It was still unplowed. I returned at 10:30 p.m. It was still unplowed. I asked the staff, again, if the plows would be coming because I was going to be going to bed. They said they did not know, so I went to sleep. I was awoken out of a dead sleep at 12:30 a.m. to move my car by an absolutely rude staff member who couldn't even pretend to care about waking me up after midnight. Completely unacceptable behavior and completely asinine customer relations. I'll never stay at this otherwise adequate hotel again.

First they called me that morning to say the room I booked wasnt available and I would have to take 2 doubles instead of a king. When we arrived she wanted to charge me more for the 2 doubles-I told her no-I booked this months in advance-she said well we are booked. She finally found a king room available but wanted to charge me $25 to check in a half hour early-NO WAY. So we watied to check in. THe room was disgusting-not clean-leftover food filled the fridge and the bethroom floor was sticky! I complained and all they did was say sorry. Never will stay here again!

The plumbing must be outdated, because the toilet got clogged with just toilet paper. The smoke alarm went off at 12:15 am. The dining area is so far out of the way it's not with visiting.. This was not a typical Wyndham for us. Won't stay here again.

Our room was in the rear of the hotel on the 2nd floor with no elevator access. The hallway smelled of cigarette smoke. The room was clean however the sink countertop was coming off the wall, the toilet was wobbly and there was a mound of snow in the room in front of the balcony door. We put towels to absorb the snow but it never melted due to the draft from the opening in the door. It was in the negative degrees outside. No access to walk to the front of the hotel where the pool and breakfast was located, through the hotel due to construction. It was a place to sleep for the night. Happy to say we only needed a room for one night.

The whole place is out dated. Pool was down stair and very dirty. No towels on pool area. All the hall ways were very cold we never used the pool. Was told when we booked there was a hot tub in pool area- there is but it is not usable. Whole place smelled like pot. Went to the desk at 8am asked for cleaned towels as we used the towels we had for our 3 night stay 2 days already, was told to come back at 10:15am for towels, we were leaving for the day so just got two hand towels and made do with that. She refused to give me more than 2. Then went back that night once we got back from a long day and asked for towels so I could shower.(husband showered in am, myself in pm) was told no. I was in complete shock. I also ask to have the snow removed from the parking areas and sidewalks as we had a group of 3 different family’s in different rooms, one of these room had a disabled person in it, was told they would talk to the manager, snow was never removed. We had someone fall going over it thankfully they were not hurt. When I went down the last time for towels was told manager was out of town till Tuesday, not sure who they told about the snow. Breakfast was bagels and waffles, Nothing more. Our tub in our room filled up while taking a shower because something was wrong with the drain, we went to front desk and asked to have maintenance look at it, almost 2 hours later they showed up, we had dinner plans so asked for him to leave and fix after we checked out. Won’t let type more.

It was a non smoking room but the room was saturated with the smell of cigarettes. Someone had covered the smoke detector so it would not go off during smoking. The door to the outside did not lock.

The breakfast was very limited and cold. Plus had to ask where the continental breakfast was. The safety was not there someone keep rigging the outside door to stay unlocked. Window in room where not locked. Smell of weed in hallways. HEAT DID VERY LITTLE had sub-temp weekend we where there. Seen roaches in bathroom. Sink water supply hook up backwards. The mattress was ok. This was our 2nd time here, looks like the last time.
