2nd stay at this place

This hotel would be great if they could Just get it together. We stay here because it’s convenient with family close by. I was given one of the remodeled rooms. It had a dehumidifier that was not emptied by the staff so it kept beeping as soon as we walked in. I had to empty it myself. This trip the internet didn’t work, the tv only started working as we were checking out. Sounds small but it’s big to a 10 year old and a student with assignments to do, The staff is always helpful and the breakfast is good. (Just early). It’s in a convenient location with gas, stores, beach and restaurants close by. It just needs to finish the upgrading.

OK but very loud washing machine (off bakance) shakes the walks and floor in room 206. I know you want to save money but j ust replace it. Also cleaning crew above 206 moving chairs around on tiled floor etc at all hours. Simple fixes can make this hotel better.

My room was adjacent to the elevator. I heard the noises resonating from elevator shaft all night. The floor carpet was filthy. There was no water pressure in the shower. Comfortable bed though.

The check-in staff was very friendly and welcoming, but unfortunately, the check-out employee was quite rude. She spent the entire time on her phone and didn’t acknowledge the guest at all. Beside that, the stay was comfortable.

Last minute stay

The hotel was picked as a last minute stay due to issues with Air BNB. It was in a convenient location. The toom was updated recently but the shower didn’t work very well. The handle Just kept spinning. Maintenance offered to fix it only 20 mins before check out so the housekeeping staff was nice and showed me how to work it to at least get our showers. The elevator is “new” however the floor was messed up And was cracking, felt like I was gonna fall through. They ended up shutting it down. The free hot breakfast was good. It adds a nice touch to the stay. Staff were all very nice and helpful. Overall, I can see us staying here again
