The staff weren't rude at all, and the hotel room was sort of clean. The floor could've used a carpet cleaner, and maybe some surfaces could've been wiped down. However you get what you pay for. The bed was uncomfortable as well.

If I could give it no stars I would. The only thing good I could say about the hotel is got to stay is over. The staff wasn't bad I feel sorry for them for having to be in those conditions as well. Pulling up to the hotel I thought it was abandoned, there were no lights in the parking lot, and it looked haunted. The room looked like it could have been in American horror stories, beyond creepy, stains everywhere, maybe two and a half channels worked on the TV, honestly I was scared to sleep on the mattress. Although the sheets were clean, I still sup with my clothes on including my jacket. They had the nerve to charge a $40 deposit for incidentals and or damages. I don't know how they will be able to tell if they were damages because it already looked damaged to begin with. They considered as late checking out so they kept our deposit, but hey I guess they have to get their money somehow.

The front desk clerk refused to check us in, was using foul language to us, threatened to call the police on us when we asked questions trying to understand what was happening. When i went back in to get his name and the company's contact information, he refused to give either to me and said he was watching the football game. He was the rudest and angriest person I have dealt with in the hospitality field.

Relaxing Stay

We stayed in newly renovated rooms and the hotel was very clean, staff was friendly and very helpful. It was peaceful and very relaxing. My family and I will be staying here again. The location is within walking distance to restaurants, stores, etc...

I would not bother even making a reservation. This place is falling apart. I was afraid to check in because I was afraid the building would fall down. I lost my money on the reservation but at least I didn't try to sleep in a hotel that should be condemned.
