This property is seriously understaffed and under resourced in budget. This Hotel is less than optimum for business guests on tight schedules; seems more setup for marine crews/other on a static package where call-out services would not be a priority. Room cleanliness and comfort was as expected; housekeeping satisfactorily. Availability of basic services needs much improvement, staff at the front desk trying their best with systems and access to resources failing them across the board due to multiple guest complaints whilst trying to access room service. A one-off experience; another hotel next time.
