Very good location and close to all the main tourist attractions. Easy walk to and from train station. Well maintained and clean apartment with clean towels provided daily. Nice balcony. Air conditioning works well. Only issues were no English TV channels and the bathroom door would not stay closed and did not have a lock.

I'd stay again in a heartbeat

A great spot to stay when visiting Sorrento! The room was cute and comfortable and the team was super responsive when coordinating checking in. The kitchen setup was fully stocked with everything you could need if you're staying for a bit. Although it may LOOK like its not near the hear of the town on a map, it was a 6 min walk to get to all of the shops and resturants. I just wish our stay was longer so that we could have enjoyed it more.

The hotel is lovely and the reception lady was very friendly and helpful. The room was lovely and clean, with extra coffee in the hallway of needed! It is also only a 15 min walk down to the port, walking through all the bars and restaurants. It was exactly what we expected, apart from the only one thing I will say, and it's been the same for all the hotels we stayed in during our mini tour of Italy, we included parking in the filter when searching as we hired a car, but none of them actually have parking. For this hotel, we arrived very late so we just left the car on the street, so we got one free night, but then it cost us €75 for 3 days/nights parking. However, as stated, this is a lovely little independent hotel.

Enjoyable, comfortable stay. Short walk from train station, to main shopping streets and restaurants. Clear instructions for access. Nice to have someone there every morning asking if we wanted the room cleaned and for requesting additional supplies. The only down side was the shower unit not being fully functional.

Great spot in Sorrento

We spent four nights here as part of a longer trip. Sabine helped us get settled in and was responsive to our needs. Mrs. Llavia came by every day for housekeeping! Situated very conveniently to town center, Piazza Tasso, the train station and the port. Everything you need within walking distance.

Tivemos uma otima experiência, apartamento ótimo, espaçoso, com itens para o cafe da manha, muitos itens ds higiene e toalhas. Quarto super limpo com local p guardar mala. As fotos correspondem com a descrição Saimos e quando voltamos o quarto estava arrumado e quentinho. Me arrependi de não ter ficado mais. Local silencioso e perto da estacao.

This place was OKAY. If we ever returned to Sorrento we would pick another place to stay. Keypad to our room did not work consistently so we were stuck outside many times. Our sink and shower kept getting clogged, the toilet was slanted to the right, the bidet was not working. We needed new towels and they didn’t come by until we sent a message to management. It was all just poorly managed and the place didn’t take the initiative to do anything.

Nos pareció facil de ubicar, se puede llegar fácilmente a la zona central de Sorrento (restaurantes, bares y compras). La cama y el baño estaban muy bien. Adicional tenía cocineta con ollas y cafetera y nevera. Lo único que no nos gustó es q es selfcheckin y no tienen la opción de guardar maletas de forma segura. Solo dicen q se dejan en el pasillo bajo propia responsabilidad.
