The first room we were assigned wasn't cleaned. Trash in the waste bins, dirty bathroom, sheets piled on the floor, etc - this is well after the 3pm check-in. Tried to call the Front Desk from the room and the phone did not work. Walked down, and they assigned us a different room. Went back upstairs and the second room had been serviced - but wasn't clean. There are chips of plaster gouged out of the walls, black scuff marks on all the walls, the bathroom door was _stuck to the floor_ and the bathroom light was orange. We booked at another hotel and got out of there fast.

This location seem nice online but in person all that's not true. 1st when i arrived around 4:30 5:00 p.m. to check in no one was at the desk me and another customer stood there for about 3 to 5 minutes waiting before I decide to walk around to look for the staff office and the ladies back there on her phone 2nd I wake up Sunday morning 7:00 am in the morning to shower and go to church water not on. check my phone no message, no message at the door, or no email. No nothing letting us know that the water is off and couldn't get a hold to no one at the front desk. when I went to get my breakfast Monday morning for the ticket that I purchased ticket says Buffet or entree and drink but the lady says I can only get this particular item with that ticket and she says that they just changed it a week ago but yet again no information no update or nothing informing customers that that occurred. The tv was not a smart tv so had to watch basic tv and old movies. Then houses keeping mops the lobby and elevators with dirty water making it smell like wet dog.
