I booked two rooms for 3 days weekend. First start with check in. The lady on the reception has no smile. I said hi to her, she didn't say anything back. Look like she had a very bad and had to pass onto the customers. I saw other receptionists, they all very cheerful. It's my luck. Get to the room, I can smell something that I don't what at first. Found out later, it is from the blanket. It probably haven't washed for years. Bathroom towels is old, you can feel it on your hand. I said to myself " is it wash?". At night I found one of the bath towels has big hole, that is terrible. Carpet is old, really need to replace. Next day, find out 3 of the 5 elevators is not working. This is my first time ever have to wait on line to the elevator. A matter of fact on Tuesday, I got to the elevator and saw two poor ladies on a wheelchair, they said they have waited for almost an hour to try to get into elevator. Every time the elevator gets to the floor already has a lot of people in there, no room for the wheelchair. On of the lady tried to call to complain and help, no answer. I left Wednesday morning, the issue still there. Sorry for all the guests. I am sure it will have a lot of negative reviews on this matter this few days. House keeping is another issue. Monday, no house keeping. Called the front desk and waited 25 minutes before talked to a person and there's no house keeping and can provide clean towels. Tuesday one of our rooms has cleaned and the other not. Restaurants good.
