We loved our stay at the Lion Inn! From check in to check out and every moment in between the staff were friendly and attentive. We stayed in the Oakley Room and it was just perfect, a stunning room with gorgeous decor and attention to detail, only made better by the huge bathtub! We had breakfast on both mornings of our stay which was delicious and filling with a variety of options. I would highly recommend and stay at The Lion for your visit to the Cotswolds!

Fantastic staff and service. The food was delicious on the Saturday evening and breakfast the next morning was also great with a really generous menu. The pub has a really cosy vibe and the log fire was roaring. Really popular so definitely book ahead.

Room was excellent and location perfect for Cheltenham races. Food (breakfast and dinner) and service great. Accommodation very expensive though and pub was very busy that meant our table for dinner was moved in to bar area and two main courses not available.
