The cost matches the quality which was cheap. IT's a good place for a quick night with a roof over your head. Staff was accomidating.

Property was decent, big, dry parking area. Floor was sticky in bathroom. Toilet and shower clogged. Zero hot water

For an economy stay it was quite nice, clean, comfortable, etc. The bed covering was rather light so I got cold in the night, but that’s just because I didn’t want to turn on the heat in July

The price is right however the room definitely needed upgraded and a deep cleaning, police in the parking lot right after we checked in a few rooms down, that being said it is a nice area close to stores and resturants (Little Italy pizza AMAZING)

If you're expecting a five star hotel, you'll be disappointed. If you're expecting a quiet place to sleep for a night and don't need fancy amenities, you'll be pleased. You get what you pay for. The staff was friendly and the area is quiet and safe.

Could have been better.

It could have been cleaner and the beds weren’t the greatest.

8/10 Very good

This property is under renovation and restoration but was clean and all staff were particularly wonderful. It has a bad wrap that I wish wasn’t talked about as it’s in beautiful surroundings and it’s being improved daily and the price was great for us being fixed income seniors. NO BED BUGS, towels were white as snow, shower had great water pressure and beds were clean. I was pleasantly impressed by the people and didn’t feel unsafe at all.

This place should be leveled. Meth heads hanging out in the parking lot. Condition of the rooms was absolutely horrendous. Do not stay here!

The girl at the counter, I forget her name but she had a blackwork tattoo with a moon in it on her inner left forearm, she was very very nice and understanding after a booking mistake. She did this while overwhelmed by people who appeared to be there for an extended duration. Whatever she's making, its not enough.

Worst hotel I’ve ever seen

Wow. This is the most disgusting hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The room was filthy, the sheets were dirty and had burn holes in them, the walls had damage and holes, the sink and tub were rusty and gross. The whole thing was horrendous and we left and went to stay somewhere else.

The room smelled so bad it was hard to breathe. The property itself was disgusting with garbage and vomit everywhere. Lots of vagrants hanging around made it feel very unsafe. Do not stay here!!

Good clean basic accommodations

It was a decent place to stay and a clean basic motel. My room and the hallway was renovated with new paint and maintained landscaping. It is an older property but safe and clean. The staff was friendly but there was no daily housekeeping service. You have to go to the front office to ask for towels and toilet paper. There was a mini- fridge and microwave in the room. It can feel a bit isolated due to the decentralized motel design but I felt safe enough.

There was an unpleasant smell in the room like stale beer. The bath tube was very stained.

I booked a smoking room. On arrival i was told the smoking rooms were full. I was given a first floor room with an outside door. The bolts on the door did not work.

Yikes. Stay somewhere else...

Overall decent hotel but we all agreed we would never stay here again. It is in a convenient location, but I would suggest another hotel in the area over the Econo Lodge Hornell. We got there late at night and there were next to no cars in the parking lot, which was a bit off-putting. Felt like we were in a scary movie... where was everyone? We booked a non-smoking room on hotels.com but the front desk said their information was for a smoking room. Thankfully they were able to give us a non-smoking room. The room itself smelled like 1,000 gallons of cleaning fluid, but did not feel clean at all. The floors were super dirty, my socks were black after walking across the floor. The beds were okay, good enough for 1 night. The next morning when we went to check out there were people lingering around the main office. Some dude was talking to the front desk person and stared at us like we had 3 heads. We used the ice machine to refill our cooler and he was very rude to us when we returned the ice scoop. It seems like a lot of people live at this hotel and just linger around all day. Overall a very weird and uncomfortable vibe from this hotel. We survived 1 night but may not have survived 2.
1-night trip

2/10 Poor

First of all, since I arrived after dark, it was difficult to follow the roadway and find the hotel office. Upon entering my room, the first thing i noticed was the poor upkeep of the room. It has not been paintted in a very long time, the ttrack along the wall with electrical outlets waas broken and had sections missing. The top of the small room refrigerator was extremely warm to the touch and it actually froze the bottle of water I put in there. The arms of the chair in the room were covered with duck tape. There was dirt arounf the bed frame that I saw once I moved the pillows away from the "head board" that was attached to the wall. The faucet in the bath tub leaked continually and the exhauste fan covered was not properly installed leaving a lage opening for bugs to enter the room which they did. The bath tub was extremely dirty. Ths location, by far, was the worst Econo Lodge I have ever stayed at. I will NEVER stay at this location ever again. It was definitely not worth saving $30 per night. I did not feel safe or comfortble at this location at all.
Barbara, 1-night trip

6/10 Good

The room was clean and had enough space for a family of 4. The beds however were AWFUL! The pillows were as flat as a pancake! And there was no drain for the tube to give my baby a bath.

Just passing through

It ain't the Ritz, but you ain't paying for the Ritz either. It was a perfectly acceptable if very dated facility. My wife would have hated it, just because of the generally old condition, but traveling alone, it was fine. The bar across the street served a great burger.
