Staff was excellent. Room needs many repairs. The heater was blowing cold air out of one side and slightly warm out of the other, at the same time. It was 20* outside and our room was 59* when we checked in and the heater was off. Lock on patio door was broken. Only a bar to close it. The track for the door was filthy as was the patio curtain. The heater also was missing parts and the grates were filthy and covered with dust. There was sand on the corner of it. The floor around the bed has dirt and orange crumbs on it. Bathroom door wouldn’t close all the way. Front door stuck and made a lot of noise. Bedspreads had fresh looking stains on them. On the positive side, the beds were cozy even though they seemed very old. The bathroom was very clean. Parking lot is very dimly lit, but didn’t have any issues. Shopping is close. Dog fee was only $25. They are pet friendly. Price wasn’t bad for the area. Staff that I dealt with was great. We were only there for one night. The place needs some serious renovation in some areas. The bathroom looks remodeled, but the bathroom sink was already cracked. That’s a shame. It’s a college area so I can only assume they may get some rowdy traffic on occasion. We had no problems. It was quiet. There were stains on my mattress on the corner resembling bed bug stains, but I’m hoping I was wrong. I didn’t see anything live, and had no issues. I like to check. The broken heater was probably the worse part. Nice comforter on bed though.
