Outstanding option for a self-directed traveler. Incredible location (near the beach, shops, tons of restaurants), comfortable and airy rooms, super easy to get in and out, and an incredibly friendly and helpful staff. If you're looking for all the amenities and bells and whistles, you may want to look at one of the major hotels by the beach. But if you're like me and want a clean and comfortable place to crash in a beautiful place, with kind and helpful people available when needed, I can't imagine a better place to stay in Nice.

Das Hotel ist sehr gut gelegen, 200m vom Strand, 10 Min. zum Platz Massena. Es liegt in einem Quartier mit vielen Restaurants und einer Fussgängerzone. Die Zimmer sind klein, aber geschmackvoll eingerichtet, ruhig gelegen und sauber. Im Eingangsbereich hat es einen kleinen Aufenthaltsraum, wo man auch frühstücken kann. Das Frühstück ist preiswert. Es ist aber kein Buffet.

The staff in Reception when we arrived were super friendly explaining the location of the hotel in comparison to the main locations in Nice. The Palm is, in my opinion, situated in a perfect location being a 5 minute walk from the promenade, main shopping area and a 15 minute walk to Nice Ville train station. The room was very clean. I would recommend to anyone looking for a hotel in Nice.

A warm welcome was offered as soon as we walked through the door. Rooms weee outstanding, clean comfortable and so chic. Breakfast was fresh and very enjoyable. Rooms had everything that you needed and more. A little taste of French living. Thankyou all who made are stay so wonderful.

Fantastic location. Close to everything. Just count on only sleeping at the hotel. There was a lounge but closed with no access after 7pm. Group could not socialise after a fun day in Nice. We asked about simply sitting and playing cards (even purchasing a drink from the rum bar) but were informed you must either sit at the bar or take it to your room. The tables and lounge area was only for breakfast. Breakfast was ok but much better boulangerie options nearby. When checking out we offered a recommendation to make the lounge space available to guests but unfortunately the desk clerk did not wish to hear this feedback. Sad as this could be a fantastic property.
