Rooms were clean, hotel was near most restaurants and retail stores. Desk clerks were polite and helpful when questions arise. The only issue that I had was the water temperature in the shower. Some mornings it was cold other mornings it excessively hot. Room service was almost nonexistent since I was by myself it was not a deal breaker as I did not generate much trash and plenty of towels and other toiletry needs were on hand for my stay.

Our rooms were on the second floor and we were told we would have to take the stairs at the end of the hall. I did not see an elevator so seemed like an accessibility issue. It was not fun to drag suitcases up the stairs after traveling all day. There were several people who seemed to be living in an unmarked hotel room at the end of the hall. When they cooked the whole hallway smelled like food and the occupants were loud until midnight. My room was next to this room and it was hard to sleep. The carpet was dirty. I walked barefoot from my bed to the shower and dirt came off my feet in the tub. Lastly the lock to my door was broken. We left in the morning and asked for a refund for the second night.

It was great. The room waa clean. The only flaw were the pillows. We will come again, but next time, ill be bringing my own pillows. The staff we super friendly and warm.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The only complaint I have is that the walls are paper thin so you hear everything in the surrounding rooms. Also the AC made a weird noise that sounded like someone spraying a water hose on the window. The beds were very comfortable and we felt safe. I appreciate that they accommodated our request of a first floor room since we were 2 disabled women and a disabled child heading home from advocating for people with rare diseases in Washington DC. I would gladly stay at this property again.

The first day of my stay.They cleaned the room.Which I asked .The last couple of days.I went to the front desk .Asked each day for my room to be cleaned before I stepped out.When I came back it was not clean.I was very disappointed and upset.I will never stay there again.Thats horrible to request things to management /front desk.To come back and its not completed.I would not recommend anyone to stay here

Thin walls meant I got to hear the loving in the next room at 4 AM. But a good deal for the price, staff was friendly, breakfast decent as well.

I was in town overnight for a funeral. The hotel staff was very kind and allowed me to return after checkout and use a room to change from my suit to more comfortable clothes for the drive home. I really appreciated that. The was construction on the property during my stay, but that wasn't too bad. The only negative comment I have is that I lowered the room temperature before going to sleep, but during the night it reset to a higher temperature, causing me to wake in the middle of the night, much too warm. A "set and hold" option on the thermostat would solve this problem. Overall, a good stay. And against, many thanks to the staff for letting me come back and change in the late afternoon.
