The bathtub is very dirty The smell of cigarette smoke mixed with perfume is very unpleasant in the room. If the breakfast items are gone, the staff will not replenish them.

We liked our stay (2 nights) room was exactly what we need, hot shower and clean and comfortable beds. Pool was something my kids was hoping for but sadly they were still working on it, everyday We saw somebody doing something to it but it was not ready😓. Breakfast its so, so: waffle, scramble eggs, sausage links, breads and little muffins, packs of oatmeals and cereals. Yogurt and juice was good though. For 2 days it was good. Thank you!

First of all the elevator closest was out of order. The elevator we took had not been serviced since 2023. Our whole floor smelt like weed ( mind you I’m 9 weeks pregnant) there was old water damage in our room and when we first got there, there was no water and when we told front desk they were like yeah yeah there’s water. We couldn’t flush the toilet or shower. For newly renovated hotel this place sucked. I’m just glad we only stayed one night

For starters the bath tub would not quit running. Yes we told the front desk about it but they did nothing about it. Then the room which looked very rundown. It look like they just painted holes instead of painting the entire walls the bathroom was disgusting. Our vent and the room next to ours were connected so we could hear everything going on in their room they could hear everything going on in our room. It smelled musty and mildewy and they were big bugs. The pool was closed. We couldn't leave because we would have lost all of our money. The front desk wasn't any help with our problems. The breakfast was cold. But hey, the beds were comfortable.

This hotel was very convenient in location and price for our one night stay. The rooms were clean, but I rated low in cleanliness because there we usually use the staircase to go up and down and that area smelled of cigarette and there was trash and cans with cigarette ash. In comfort I also rated lower because I could feel the springs of the mattress and the sheets were very stiff. The staff was nice and breakfast as expected. Overall, it was ok.

It was the worst experience. Whe ee got there the electricity was out and apparently have been off for several ours before we got there. They told us it should be about an hour before they come back on but that was not.the case. Once we checked in we went out for a few hours. When we came back which was about 3 hours later the electricity still wasnt working. On our way to our room it was so dark. We saw one of the managers helping 2 elderly women with oxygen mass trying to go down stairs cause they had to relocate them cause they oxygen tanks couldn't be charged and they needed them. The electricity was out for almost 10 hours since we arrived. Then when they do.the electricity back up we still didn’t have cable or wifi. It was tbe most terrible experience ever. They never came to our room to see if we needed anything. Never again!

Should have used google reviews also. Pool has been down for months which was very disappointing so we decided to just continue with our additional 5 hours home, made for a long day but other option was just to keep the kids in a hotel room vs car. Front desk lady was nice though and stated we could cancel without paying, however hours latter there was a charge, but a quick call had it reversed, that was nice.

The pictures on Hotels.com is nothing like in person rooms. The room is rough looking and I instantly felt dirty when I walked in my room so my stay was not as good as I had hoped for. Upon my last night there, it was a huge roach almost the size of my palm. No it was not a water bug I know how those look, it was a flat out roach on the ceiling. The walls are paper thin you can literally hear everything from next door. The only good thing was they provided breakfast. I wouldn’t stay here again even if you paid me. The hallways were like those you see on a scary movie so if you plan on staying here just take note of that.
