Need a place to sleep lock your card after booking
My family and I stayed for four days. We had four rooms. The hotel is not clean and the upkeep is poor. Housekeeping came made the beds, emptied the trash, replaced the towels and did nothing else no sweeping, vacuuming nothing. My bathroom sink stopper broke and was broken for two days because maintenance was not available the weekend. The free breakfast was good but the cleanliness was horrible. Spilled food everywhere in the buffet area most items ran out. The eating area was a mess. We had to clean our tables everyday just to be able to sit down and eat. With the hotel being busy the staff does not do upkeep well the halls and elevator floors always dirty with trash. They constantly charged the credit cards on file each night when the room were paid in full in advance. When I went to inquire the front desk lady had the worst attitude. She wouldn’t even let me explain she told me she knew what my problem was because all of the other hotel guests had complained to her so basically she wanted me to shut up. I explained to her that I am not them. I have an issue I would like to discuss and she could take her attitude because I am not the problem. She eventually calmed down and apologized. The issue is had I blown up like she did the situation would have been worse and different. Customer service is important in this business especially dealing with people and taking their money. The holds are still pending and we checked out yesterday. Beyond all that the hotel is just ok.
