Mycket trevligt hotell med service utöver det vanliga. En nackdel kan vara att det ligger i utkanten av centrum. Dock erbjuder hotellet gratis shuttle-bil som tar gästerna dit man vill inom centrumkärnan. Kan man promenera en bit finns dessutom gratis spårvagnar. Rekommenderar också hotellets restaurang som erbjuder såväl utsikt som god mat. Till frukosten hade vi önskat oss annat/mer smörgåspålägg än Vegemite och marmelad, men alla som gillar ägg och bacon blir säkert nöjda. Servicen var helt fantastisk, från de varma handdukarna vi fick när vi checkade in, till all hjälp med bokningar av utflykter. Vi kände oss verkligen varmt välkomna!

Car parking not the best

Room was great, car parking on site is terrible. Booked car parking but they don’t tell you it is first in best dressed! And they sell you the car park knowing they don’t have enough car parks to go round. Car park is way too small, can’t fit many cars at all. We ended up parking on the street and getting a refund for our car park fee. Disappointing!

When we entered our room there was a musty type smell which was off putting. My daughter is an avid pool user & was excited to check out the pool area - when we arrived it was jam packed with "teenagers" making her feel very anxious. The size of the gym area was very disappointing. It held 1 piece of gym equipment and 2 exercise bikes squashed into an extremely small area. There is no way more than 1 person could be in there at once. We chose to look elsewhere & go to the local pub for dinner. Around 8.30am the next morning a staff member knocked on our door & proceeded to swipe a key card & enter the room. My daughter & I were still in bed & I had to yell out "HELLO" to stop him from entering any further. I mentioned this to the staff member upon checking out who was very good in investigating the situation. It turned out to be a maintenance man. Reception did apologise & was very kind about the situation, however the damage had already been done. Buffet breakfast hot food was cold. Sadly, I personally would not recommend this hotel at all - our experience was not good. Thankfully we only had a 1 night stay here.

Wonderful city of rAdelaide, in the now (No Fate).

Excellent service from the front desk, and a few amusing exchanges with the Rydges crew makes for a somewhat decent vocation and pleasant stay when out of town on business, venturing around the wonderful city of rAdelaide. Solid performace. Would rAdelaide again soon. X
